This is a great initiative as someone that is very bad at remembering to renew my prescription. Very easy to access and felt completely at ease during the phone consultation. My first prescription got lost in the post but it was promptly sent out again as soon as it was mentioned!

Excellent service. The whole process was straightforward and exactly as described. So much easier than trying to get it sorted through my GP surgery.
