Amairany is amazing!
Amairany was super helpful and sweet. She was very understanding about my unfortunate circumstance, which made me feel better my situation. She also was able to resolve my issue with ease, clearly communicated procedures/policies, and patiently gave instructions for managing future issues should they occur. I was in a happier mood after leaving the call with her. Continental Credit has been a delightful company to work with because of associates like Amairany. Thanks for being so great!

Amazing company
Continental Credit has some of the best employees I have had the pleaser working with. From 2021 to now, any concerns or questions I have they are more than willing to take the time to answer any and all questions. Excellent costumer service! I have never had a rude agent which during this day an age it’s rare. This company has shown me that they truly care about me & want my business. They make it easy and fast to get ahold of them & they truly value their costumers, & that is hard to find now days. Keep up that amazing work! They also have given me a restart that I never knew could happen, with out all the hard work that the continental credit team has done on behalf of me I wouldn’t have some of the things I have today!
