I tried a couple of free trials with social media platforms and was very impressed with Content Studio and was ready to subscribe. I truly appreciated how Content Studio did not take credit card details for the free trial. Unfortunately another platform Circleboom did and did not provide any notice that free trial was up, debiting a large amount for an annual subscription. Until this happened I was looking to using Content Studio as the software was so much better and enjoyable to use compared to the other softwares on offer. Especially Circleboom
I've been using ContentStudio for several years now and I'm still impressed with continued investment this company makes to improve it's products and educate it's members.
First off, ContentStudio is by far one of the most impressive social media management platform's around. I run four different social media groups for four different websites, and it's a breeze with CS.
Having used many different management platforms in the past, I've never been more happier than I am with CS.
The platform is constantly being updated, with new features being added. There's also plenty of updates via social media to keep everyone informed on changes, especially with new platforms appearing and old ones radically changing how things work.
CS also has lots of live events that are very helpful and well worth attending if your are new.
Support is great. They sometimes get a little busy and can take awhile to get back to you, but they have never disappointed me with their replies. They are polite and knowledgeable, all that you need.
The system itself has all the bells and whistles you could expect for a management suite, from evergreen content to # management.
I've been a happy customer since day one. Keep up the great work.
