this is most dangerous trading platform ever seen.
I have filed with Police now as i cannot withdraw my money (available cash).
Company acting like this is true criminal act.

I need approval of Etoro to withdraw my money.... ITS MY OWN MONEY, who are you to tell me what I can and cant do?

Nonostante la segnalazione alla consob e alla cysec, le lettere dell'avvocato e le denunce alle forze dell'ordine etoro continua con le sue "disfunzionalità selettive" -
Utente in profitto, inizia a prelevare ed ecco che cosa accade, preparati che ti racconto:

-account limitato e non è possibile finanziare l'account

-prelievi in sospeso

-momenti di mercato interessanti la piattaforma ti esclude dalla sessione , ho dovuto ripetere l'accesso oltre 15 volte! potete immaginare il risultato.. una posizione in profitto me la sono trovata a -400 dollari nel giro di poco tempo, davvero poco!

-Account limitato che ti impedisce di coprire le posizioni ( a questo punto)

-Posizioni con stop loss a zero 0.00 si CHIUDONO in perdita e non perdite piccole ma perdite di -30/-50/-80 ... ripeto stop loss a ZERO!

-Ordini preimpostati che non vengono presi a momento ! Nonostante il contratto è in quel valore!

-Tariffe non dichiarate, una posizione su sp500 long .. è costata 80 dollari di commissioni in 20 giorni... e parlano di investimenti a " lungo termine"

-Assistenza inesistente, ma ti limita l'account!

-Artefatti grafici / grafici non funzionanti

-Spread ESAGERATO e Commissioni non dichiarate!

-Gestore del conto inutile! Non comunica con le persone che segue, mi ha invitato a rimpolpare il mio conto e ho risposto che avrei testato se per caso capitassero di nuovo problemi.. ed eccoli qui! appena ti fidi TI RUBANO I SOLDI

I have been a client of eToro for several years. After changing countries last year, I no longer have the phone number I used to register back then. As a result, despite dozens of attempts and even messages, I can no longer access my account. They ask me to open a complaint ticket, but to submit this complaint, I first need to log into my account. It’s a massive scam; I’m at my wit's end and don’t know what to do. It’s shameful how poorly they support their clients, especially considering they didn’t anticipate the scenario of clients changing their phone numbers and losing access to the old one. It’s unprofessional. I strongly advise against collaborating with this company, as they fall far below expectations...

I have found this company ti be OK, not in your face at all, until youhave an issued , I have an on going issue , and there service department , dont seem really interest,certainly don't help you, pass you on to someonr else , then they dont contact you, Its not all there fault as I am not that tech savvy, which they could be a bit more coming forward with some help

BIG SCAM !
Le pire broker de tous les temps, une grosse arnaque avec pleins de frais.
Et surtout les frais sur le spread qui n'est pas identique chaque jour !
En réalité ils font ce qu'ils veulent avec votre compte, ils ne vous laisseront jamais gagner !
En plus depuis que j'ai commencé à me plaindre j'ai reçu 2 mails frauduleux avec des liens pour soit disant sécuriser le compte !
Je suis persuadé que ces mails ont été envoyé indirectement par l'equipe Etoro !
J'ai accumulé beaucoup de preuves, je vais vous pourrir sur X avec mon compte de 30k F et ce jusqu'à ce que je m'en lasse !!!

I strongly advise against signing up with eToro. In my experience, the platform has proven to be unreliable and deceptive. When you have profitable open positions, they manipulate the charts by either increasing the spread or displaying different prices, which triggers your stop loss orders prematurely. When confronted with evidence of this, they dismiss it as a "technical fault" and refuse to offer any compensation for these discrepancies. This is based on my personal experience. I urge others to avoid trading on the eToro platform.

Poor customer service.
They gave me contradictory answers to solve an issue, and in the end, they have not been able to solve it. Lost a client.

Appalling service and don't get back to you to update you on ticket status. I verified my account with them. Was then able to add funds to it. Was then told I could not trade until I filled out a form asking everything about me from PPS number, where I live to why I am investing. Two weeks on they are still not accepting my form. Sorry, It should not take two weeks and counting to review a two page document. Extremely bad customer service and poor communication. Those two factors don't stack up well for a customer service department.

Please avoid these guys. Too slow and a disgrace of a service.

lots of hidden fees, they say minimum amount to withdraw is 30 USD and the fee is 5 USD, but guess what? these 30 USD is actually also a fee called "interbanking fee", so you pay a total of 35 USD fee for any withdraw. not to mention the currency converting fees that take ~5% from your amount as fee, so stay away from them, they squeeze you out from all directions

Appalling customer service

What does it take to get some help or support from customer services who appear to be absolutely useless, promised call backs that do not happen, generic responses to tickets, push backs and refusals to return funds. Abysmal experience with this company. Ticket 05438122 if anyone from Customer Services are listening.

Deposit refused by eToro but funds not returned to my bank, tickets closed with nonsense generic replies, no phone number to call, scheduled call backs that do not happen, zero support, amazing how this is allowed to happen

EVEN THOUGH ETORO REPLY ON TRUST PILOT AND PRETEND TO CARE, THEY CONTINUE TO IGNORE MESSAGES THROUGH CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WILL NOT RELEASE MY MONEY. I WILL CONTINUE TO LEAVE BAD REVIEWS UNTIL THEY DO... THIS COMPANY IS SHOCKING!

This is what went wrong.

I had 5 open positions on Nvidia. At the end of the day the price closed @ ~455. Shortly before closing, I set my stop-loss at 452, to ensure my profit.

However, afer market-hours the price declined with about 1,25%. So, the next day, Nvidia opened @ ~447. I thought I was safe, cause after all my stop-loss was set. Unfortunately my stop-loss was not triggered.

I asked them what's the use of a stoploss if it doesn't get triggered. They told me the market opened below my stop-loss so it didn't get triggered. Customer service also told me that trading comes with risks.

Like I didn't know that, but in thís way it SURELY comes with risks. A big risk to loose your money

In this case it was 'only' a declination of 1,25% after markethours. But what if the market crashes offmarket?? What if it drops 50%??? I'm very sceptical about this,

Cause in that case, apparently, there's nothing you can do than sit and watch your money vanish.

So be careful.

Sberbank does not buy the underlying asset, as it informs us.We have bought real shares and Etoro wants to forcibly close our positions at a reasonable price to existing companies based on an extraordinary event in the price of cents!!! Other brokers have transferred LSE/ Russian shares/to the Moscow Stock Exchange free of charge to their clients. Shareholders for an emergency situation that may occur at any time. does not provide any updates and answers for its clients this is a fraud lie fraud

Blocks you out of your own account with no warning.

I used etoro for over a year and for the past 2 months I have been blocked out of my account because it says I need to set up 2 factor authentication. I have emailed, provided all info requested and they still wont let me back into my account.

So I cant access my funds, make any trades or do anything. Extremely concerning.

Don't bother if you're new to trading.
1. Never get attached to a stock.
2. Greed is a huge problem..
3. Information bias.
4. keep your emotions out of trading.
The above are real problems for the newbie.
While it might seem appealing to the untrained eye. The pitfalls are many. Luckily for me. I have zero empathy, can close a trade" walk away without giving it a second thought.
While Etoro is not a scam in the traditional sense, and is highly regulated. The reality is? If you have less than £5000 to invest in stocks and shares. £3000 minimum. You won't be making anything. The spread and hidden costs will cripple you. Forget crypto" in my opine? It is a giant ponzi scheme. Although the shills and pumpers on the platform will tell you to have patience, buy the dip dip dip, until zero. Don't listen. Do your own DD. If you think you can put in a £100 and become rich? You'll lose your £100. Admittedly. Most of the mistakes made are mine. But having learned so much more using Etoro. It is okay for copy trading with a good amount of capital for a beginner. If you're a pro? Again. You might make good commission. But as stated by their own rules and regs. Most of retail will lose money. 90% overall. 67% on Etoro minimum. Of course. Etoro must know this. Which is why they'll gladly take your money, for them to make money. As a newbie. You'll be swimming with the sharks, and swimming at your own risk, with no life guards to save you. So as of today. I'm closing my account? Possibly. I'm in 2 minds.

locked out of my account ,can not deposit funds ,its a joke ,high fees ,and constant adverts ,this is my first time trying to save some regular money via an on line platform , and after doing some research , there fees are high and there corporate strategy , is simply based on adverts and you can not with out large charges transfer you money to other investment platforms , take a look on you tube for some honest comparisons and don't fall for the bells and whistles of there Higley priced advertising campaigns like a new person like my self . t

Get a life with your ads, sick of it!!!
