A very friendly, accommodating firm! Neil, the manager at the Tewkesbury depot, was more than helpful and is a first class customer-relations guy! The containers are dry and clean. The indoor units are also clean and dry with a comprehensive security system to deter any intruders. The site is 24 hour access, reasonably priced and perfect for what I needed! A+++

This firm were the only ones that actually cared and went through with me on what I should do even though it was past midnight and promised me a refrigeration unit by 8 am and true to there word it was with us I stood to lose a lot of stock it was piece of mind

Convenient Gloucestershire location, at a competitive price. Great selection of container types and sizes available and pleasant / personable customer service. Only downside was not having all information presented as required up-front, which I then needed later on and was informed although not when needed.

The team are great, and have been incredibly helpful since we started renting last year. Always a great welcome and coffee . The site is easy to access and well floodlit cant recommend highly enough.

The containers are clean and dry with good quality floors.
Ideal for use of shelving for storage (which you can buy at about £100 for a set of 5).
It is best to use a drying agent in the container to keep goods in best condition (Absorpole works well)
Security and insurance is excellent. You can get in 24/7.
I have used the container team for about 7 years. Recommend.

STEER CLEAR FROM THIS COMPANY

We took a offer they was running and they tried to take the DD before it was due I got bank charges because of this and sent a statement to prove it they agreed they shouldn’t of taken it and still didn’t offer to help towards the cost of the charges unprofessional and untrustworthy as they over locked my container with out any notice no letter email or any communication poor company would never use again

Excellent facility
The service I received initially was excellent. The lady I spoke to gave me excellent advice and help. She talked me through all the options, showed me a range of containers and even suggested I take one which was easier to open. The whole process was simple and easy to follow. The 24 hour access is a huge advantage as is the lighting at night.
