We pride ourselves on our customer service and endeavour to provide a positive storage experience for all our customers. As members of the Self Storage Association UK, we have an agreed contract which sets out the relationship with our customers. We do need to enforce the terms of our contract, which you breeched. We have contacted you to resolve the matter but have thus far been unable to find a resolution. We understand that this is not the best outcome for you, or us, however you have left us no alternative.

why are you asking me 3 years after I got a container. BAD experience in so much as the truck arrived laden with 3 containers and did huge damage to my drive.

Glad we moved to the Container Team
We use their Avonmouth Space Program site and it is great. We moved there from Safe Store in Ashton Gate and it was a wise move. The Container Team are more affordable, easier to get to and you can drive directly up to your container (rather than parking, signing in, walking into a building, getting a lift to your floor with a trolley and back again) - so far quicker to visit/use. Most importantly however, the team itself are friendly and helpful.

They are a really professional and friendly team.
Nothing is to much for them. We have had two long storage stays with them. They also help our nephew when he needed storage like yesterday. So much help and no trouble at all .
We have and will recommend family and friends to Container Team.

Excellent Service
It was a pleasure to deal with Container Team. I used their services to store my furniture while my house was renovated. The container was clean and dry inside, the site was easy to find but very secure. It suited my hectic life that I could pop down to my container anytime of the day to grab 1 or 2 items. All my stuff was in the same condition as it was when we loaded the container 6 months earlier. Using Container Team was a no brainer!
