Just this weekend my wife and I officially started our journey to home ownership with NACA. We were assigned to an awesome agent named Ms. Ellen Peterson. We are so pleased to have Ms. Peterson guiding us on this journey. Her knowledge of the process is very evident. She is a stickler to detail and is so very personable. She is very clear with everything we need to do from start to finish to make our dream of home ownership a reality. We are grateful and encouraged to get this done with Ms. Peterson leading us to our victory of home ownership.

My counselor is absolutely amazing. She listens to my concerns and educates me throughout our sessions. I feel confident about the process because I have someone on my side helping me every step of the way. I can tell she truly cares and is dedicated to make this a smooth process for me. I am excited and can't wait to get in my dream home. Thank you so much Ellen Petersen.

I'm so happy with my experience with Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA). The company is doing a great job with helping people become homeowners. I'm very grateful to my counselor for guiding me through the process of completing the requirements to achieve the American Dream.

Naca has changed me and my children’s life..
Before I found out about the Naca program ,I really had no hope…. My counselor made me feel comfortable and he really help me through a really hard situation in my life because The home I was living in was filled with mold and the Landlord made everything difficult plus my credit was not the best Naca was still about to help me and my 10 year old son and 2 year old daughter not to mention I’m 7 months pregnant and just Went through a very nasty divorce….thanks to Naca I was given away out of situation of a dead end cycle . going through generations and generations of people struggling because of Naca. I maybe become the first home owner in my family

The NACA program is a wonderful opportunity! I have a great NACA counselor! She is very helpful and informative. NACA walks you through every step of the process.

Everyone in NACA has been extremely helpful through the whole process, I have renewed my paperwork a few times now and they continue to help me in the best way possible and assist me in looking for my future dream house. The NACA program is truly amazing.

I attended a NACA conference on February 8, 2025 at Journey Church in Columbia, SC, and the presenter Ms. Sharlene Slater was very informative, straightforward, and to the point. Not only that, but she was also encouraging and told those of us who were in attendance that if we put the work in, then we can make our dream of home ownership a reality.

Wow! I attended the FREE Home Buyer Workshop today and I must say I genuinely enjoyed it. It was filled with so much valuable information. I left feeling like I will be provided all the necessary tools and resources with this program to become a successful homeowner. I am looking forward to taking the next steps with NACA.

I attended the NACA workshop on today and I thoroughly enjoyed the information I was given.They truly clarified the step by step process they take to help each individual become a homeowner. One thing that absolutely stuck with me was to “move in silence.” I am excited about embarking on this journey to home ownership.

During my whole NACA process I have had the most helpful counselor. My experience has been long, but working with Tamika has been awesome. She is here to help all her clients get into a new house. I started my journey with NACA last year after attending an online workshop. I have been working with my counselor Ellen Peterson who has been very patient and helpful with me. I appreciate all the support NACA has for future homebuyers like myself. It is quite a journey and lots of information needed but I'm sure the wait is going to be worth it.

Start up
I heard NACA from different people and become interested about the program and start the process a month ago. What I like so far is the pace to the process. After registration to the NACA patrol, following the instruction and being familiar about the program with the chosen pace is a great start up. I found out the process is smooth to start up.

The representatives are helpful and knowledgeable about the program.
