My item was delivered in 8 days... My only downfall with the company was lack of communication, I didn't know when it was dispatched or what date for delivery. Untill I went on there website & spoke in a chat the lovely lady checked my details & told me when it would be delivered.

Panicked a bit when the phone number wasn't working but after a brief delay I can honestly say I am really happy with the purchase and the whole set up looks and performs well.

I purchased a refurbished gaming PC from Console Killer PC in December 2024, which arrived in early January. From the outset, the machine ran poorly—it was slow, crashed frequently, and soon began overheating despite light use and clean, ventilated conditions.

I contacted the company within a few weeks to request a return and refund , but was told that this was not something they offered as it was past the 14-day refund period. This was despite the product being clearly unfit for purpose from the beginning.

What followed was a five-month back-and-forth involving:

Poor communication: My emails often went unanswered unless I chased several times.

Unclear instructions: I was given little guidance on what to return or how to pack it, and last-minute notifications for collections I wasn’t available for.

Failed repair: I sent the PC back at my own cost (£18.17), and although a fan was replaced, the same issues remained.

No resolution: I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but they continue to offer only more troubleshooting, despite the PC never functioning properly.

It transpired that the PC was continually overheating due to the fan being poorly installed (it was hanging from the PC via a cable tie!). In a phone call with one of their team this was blamed on the couriers but both times I have received something from Consolekiller PC it has been fitted in a box which does not fit the box and has been patched up using other bits of cardboard.

At every step, I’ve had to do the chasing. There was no proactive communication, no apology for the delay, and no real effort to take ownership of the issue. The PC still doesn’t work properly, and I’ve now escalated the matter to Clearpay and Trading Standards.

I would not recommend Console Killer PC. My experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and disappointing. If you buy from them and something goes wrong, be prepared to face a drawn-out process with little support.

I do not like writing negative reviews but I offered them a two-week ultimatum to which they did not reply.

Incorrect power supply fitted
- No Wifi connectivity (Stated WiFi+LAN on order)
- Graphics card half unplugged
- Incorrect power supply fitted (750W instead of1000W)
- X1 RAM stick disconnected
- Case bent covering most ports (possibly delivery fault)

Delivery time longer than expected, brand new PC arrived damaged with incorrect power supply fitted. One RAM stick was completely disconnected, graphics card was half disconnected which I believe was the delivery company's fault. However after having PC returned, this time well packaged:
Case still chipped
Graphics card still half unplugged and bent
X1 USB port does not work
X1 HDMI port intermittent
No WIFI availability (Specs: WIFI+LAN)

Not expected for a brand new 1.6K PC.
Strongly advise to film unboxing. And read all low scoring reviews.

I was looking for budget 24' monitor on Ebay then these guys and purchased my monitor via website I must say my monitor arrived on time and even upgraded to better model free of charge can't expect more. Recommended.

Bought gaming keyboard & mouse via console killer pc item arrived in 6 days over all experience is satisfied happy customer.

I was skeptical at first due to attempting to get in touch a few times and not receiving a response, however after a few more emails being sent and attempting to get in touch with them over the phone, I got a response. It took a little while to receive my pc, just shy of a month, and initially it didn't work. I was able to send it back and get it fixed for free having only paid for delivery to send it back and within a couple of days I received the PC back in fully working order. The people I was in touch with were very kind and seemed more than willing to help and now I have a fully working gaming pc for around £400 when on average I've found that it often times costs well over £1000 for something good quality. Overall, I would definitely say I would order from them again if I ever need anything else computerwise

Needed larger curved monitor found cheaper with CKPC and now using it. Recommended!

Recently ordered gaming PC and i must say the experience was fantastic. Called customer service many times due to some technical questions and all my questions answered and received quality advice.

CosnsolekillerPC were very helpful in supplying me with a replacement of my gaming PC. I kept an eye on their website and was in touch with various members of their support team. When I finally selected a PC the process of checkout was fairly simple and the PC was very quickly delivered.

My order was just £217 and they shipped my Intel i7 gaming PC for free. It is refurbed but working perfectly. Seems like new one. Good price but the only downside was is that it reached 2 days late than anticipated date.

Bought Gtx 1050 price quality was god and it was within my budget. Received quick and it was as described.

Bought refurbish graphics card. Price, Quality and despatch is good.

My friend recommended console killer PC, she bought PC from them. I bought my first PC from them for my son's birthday. Online support recommended PC according to my budget. PC arrived on time, Happy days...

I bought a pc around a month ago. Phoned there customer line was told lie after lie. Its been dispatched and we will send you a e-mail to confirm . Never arrived and no e-mail .
I have got onto Clearpay customer services and get a email from Console killer sent me a tracking number , guess what it hasnt been updated for 4 days.
Have sent a e-mail now asking to cancel and get a refund. Just terrible customer service . Stay clear of them.

Ordered an item which they didn't have in stock but didn't get in touch about until I'd emailed and called repeatedly. And since then have not processed a refund now almost 2 months later

Ordered RAM on here, used a flexible payment option which was offered on the website. Totally hassle free and delivered swiftly by DPD.
