Wow! the service from Conservatory Land from start to finish has been absolutely amazing.

From the very first conversation, the sales team, made the whole process easy (shout out to daniel!) He was friendly, patient and never pushy. I was torn between a smaller conservatory and a larger one, and he happily provided drawings for each option so I could visualise the difference.

Nathan, who built the conservatory, was also fantastic. I managed to choose the worst possible week weather‑wise, with torrential rain every day, and I genuinely expected delays (and I wouldn't have minded because it was horrendous!) But Nathan and his team showed up every single morning, stayed professional, friendly and knowledgeable throughout, and worked incredibly quickly despite the conditions.

I was also really impressed that Conservatory Land kept in touch throughout the build to check how things were going, this was unexpected but very much appreciated. And once everything was finished, Karen from management contacted me to make sure I was happy with the final result.

I can’t recommend this company enough. From start to finish, the service has been excellent and my kids absolutely love their new play room! Thank you!

We are very happy overall with the conservatory and the work completed by the team. From the beginning, every conversation we had with the staff was helpful, polite, patient, and productive, which made the whole process much easier and more reassuring for us.

The installation team also did a very good job, completing the work within three days, and the overall finish and end product look excellent. We are really pleased with how the conservatory has turned out.

We also appreciated the help provided with the finance options, as they allowed us to spread the payments on a monthly basis rather than paying the full amount upfront, which made the project much more manageable for us.

The only point we would mention is that we did feel the price was on the higher side, especially as it was built with a conservabase rather than a traditional brick base. Although the conservatory land did some negotiation for us, it was still on the high side for our budget.However, we are hopeful that the quality and durability of the conservatory will prove its value over time and justify the investment we made.

Overall, we are happy with the result and appreciate the professionalism and hard work of everyone involved.

Excellent service! Whole installation took only several weeks from my initial enquiry to completion.
Conservatory was designed through a WhatsApp phone call, with design adjustments being made throughout the conversation. Phone calls were made from the customer service team daily to see how the install was going. They were always helpful and on hand.
Perfect option for a mid terrace house due to ConservaBase foundations.

We recently had our conservatory completed by ConservatoryLand and are really pleased with the whole experience from start to finish. The quality of the conservatory is excellent and everything arrived exactly as expected.

During the installation, the Customer Service department called me every day to check if everything was OK, which is very rare.

Very special thanks to the Customer Service manager, Karen Potts, who helped me to sort out issues with the installer at various times - even out of office hours in late evenings as well as weekends. She is simply fantastic.

I can not stop thinking how good the CEO of the company must be to maintain such a high standard of service across all departments.

Easy to get everything sorted from start to finish quickly done whole process easy friendly helpful staff cant fault them

The company are well organised and efficient and helpful with any queries. The delivery was on time and the installation was done over 3 days instead of 4. Thanks to Nathan and his son work very hard and were very polite. The only concern that we have is the positioning of the drain on the left hand side of the conservatory where the water does not go into a drain. Spoke to Nathan about moving it to the right hand side where there’s a drain. It has not rained yet so we don’t know if it needs moving or not. Depends if water starts to gather. Nathan told me that if it’s a problem he’s willing to move it to the other side by the drain.
Had follow up calls daily from Jane to discuss the progress or any concerns on a daily basis which was great.

We are extremely pleased with our conservatory.
In the beginning there was a misunderstanding as to the timing, forms were not filled in on time which delayed the process,partly our fault. However,all was resolved.We were having a big party on the Saturday. The builders started on the Sunday before and it was completed on the Friday before the party. It is a large Conservatory and looks fantastic.
The builders were magnificent, they worked really hard,they were respectful,polite,kind,they cleared up every night and when they finished everything was neat and tidy. I would highly recommend these builders.
Customer services were very helpful. In fact everyone I dealt with at Conservatory land were charming.

Overall I'm really pleased with the conservatory,
Unfortunately there were a few issues mainly with design that i think came from perhaps odd measurements from the surveyor - for example one wall blocks our existing window a bit and drainage was an issue. I highly recommend perhaps talking properly to the design team before sign off and go through bit by bit, to hopefully avoid this sort of problem.
I would still recommend this company if you are confident in checking and talking through your needs.

Everything when like clockwork from the moment the installers arrived the delivery of the conservatory and the installation all completed within 2days I am absolutely delighted with the finished product and a special thank you to the installation team

We are delighted with our amazing new conservatory. It looked even better than we expected from the drawings sent to us before the installation.
We had an old conservatory with a brick base so we just needed the top windows and roofing replacing.
Everything was completed within 2 days from the dismantling and removal of the old frames to the installation of the new. Our 2 installers were so helpful and ensured everything was left clean and tidy both days before they left.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to any one considering a new conservatory, particularly as they offer a 10 year guarantee as standard.
