SLOW WITHDRAWAL PROCESS

CONQUESTADOR I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PAID OUT MY WINNINGS VIA E WALLET WITHIN A HOUR 0-60minutes :

12.27pm today (saturday) i requested my withdrawal it’s now 7 hours later and my withdrawal is still in my account PENDING .
CONQUESTADOR CASINO unbelievable . this is not your style /this is so out of character for you / or is this the way u will now continue to operate n go from a top rated 5 star casino down to a 3 star n then one .
i certainly hope not

As right now you are slipping n there is no excuses for your slow withdrawal process : no longer is your withdrawal 0-60 mins (e wallet )

MY PAYOUT TOOK 9 hours into my E wallet (usually takes 0-120minutes )

hopefully this was one off delay n here’s hoping Conquestador stays consistent to there normal payout time 1-2 hours max is usually how lo g it takes them

Has become very poor

Played here for a few years. It was well run at first and fair I thought.
It's become a very poor offering over the last year or so. I'd enough and closed the account. The customer service is appalling.
