I used the Plus Europe Package service in Albania with their device for 14 days (from 7 to 21 August 2024), but I had many problems: the hotspot worked for 2-3 days, then it couldn't connect anymore and I had to find some B&B or restaurant wi-fi to be able to write via whatsapp (the only communication channel!) to ConnectPls Support to restore the service! It was agony!!!
When I returned home to Italy I immediately cancelled the service via their cancellation form. I also wrote via whatsapp to Support who confirmed the cancellation of the service on 22 August 2024. On 1 September 2024 the surprise: they charged my credit card also for the service of the month of September (NOT requested). In short, in addition to the poor service, there was also a scam. DO NOT use the services of this company because you do not have any contract in hand and they instead charge your credit card even if you no longer use their services. BE CAREFUL!!!

No service !! No Email !! No Internet reception

Awful product and company. We bought their European package to get data abroad on our road trip. The device has not had signal once on our trip despite us getting full 4G/5G signal on our phones.

They have been responsive on WhatsApp, however, not helpful at all. We keep receiving the same instructions of resetting the device and waiting a few minutes, or moving to a location with better signal. Having done this several times on different occasions in different locations with full signal, they still send the same instructions.

We are now trying to get a refund, but they are proving to be very elusive, and are continuing to send the same instructions. I am concerned that they are a scam.

I’d strongly recommend avoiding this company and finding another option for data abroad.

It works like a charm, using their mifi router with the Europe Plus package for 8 months now. It is really unlimited internet, and we have had coverage on all places, even the most remote places.

Very friendly and helpful people. Product I bought works as expected, high quality standard!

I'm using Europe unlimited data plan for several months and everything works perfect!

Thus website is great. Also, they've a cheap data service and fast response of any questions and problems

Amazing connectivity throughout the UK and whilst I have been travelling in Europe. Also customer services are brilliant, a real person and not a ‘bot’ at the end of an email. Thank you very much, very happy customer

You just order what you need and pay via stripe! It's as easy as that! No account, no app you need to install, only stripe with magic links.

Customer support is great! I chatted via WhatsApp.

Only 4 stars because I didn't receive the eSIM via mail. Probably some mail provider issues on either end. I then got an image via WhatsApp and was able to scan the QR code right away.

If the email issue gets resolved I would totally recommend it. Price is totally fair!

Ik heb Europe plus een maand gebruikt via Esim en dat ging goed. Unlimited is ook werkelijk unlimited. Alleen opzeggen is een ramp. Je moet een speciaal formulier invullen dat niet te vinden is op de site en dan verlengen ze toch nog gewoon... Wel netjes snel mijn geld terug gekregen.

i've been using esim here is europe for few years now. but so far, this is the best esim provider available. atleast here in europe.

best thing is, it is truly unli data.

I purchased it 10 days ago and have not received my unit. I'm in the U.S. and I'm due to leave for Europe in 6 days. I sent 2 emails and 1 message from their website with no response. I tried calling their number in the U.K. and it wouldn't even connect. I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. It looks like they were getting rave reviews until the beginning of June 2024, but now look dead. I think they may have gone out of business.

I purchased it 11 days ago and I haven’t received anything. They told me several times that they had sent it which wasn’t true. They also sent me the wrong tracking information. When I ask about the shipment, they always write me the same: you will receive it but then they tell me that they have problems to send it. I’m traveling and without what I purchased to work. The worst experience ever!

I received the device after two weeks. It worked for only two weeks. Then it failed completely. They don’t always answer (rarely on the website, never by email, sometimes after hours on WhatsApp- but they answered quickly when I wanted to purchase it).

Poor company, I ordered and paid a month's subscription for the european sim only package up front, the product never meterialised so o cancelled the subscription which i am within my rights to do yet they took another months payment out of my account, so I have paid 2 months payments for a product I have never recieved, the product is now pointless as the time has now passed of when i needed the product, poor, poor company, poor communication, they don't care about their customers, only about taking their customers money, never use this company

Do not trust them, they are scammers. They take your money and you will never see any sim Card or anything. They lie and say we will deal with your order and after days and days no, sim, no nothing. Do not use them as they are so so bad. They need to be reported for their scams

I am still with these but I can say the Internet they off is shocking goes off every other day then they don't get back in touch when you are trying to get it sorted. I would not of gone with this company if I would of nlknown the problems it has be careful people

The internet worked all over Europe, much to our suprise!
Good choice of packages at reasonable prices.

We used their device for a long time and it has never let us down. Support is responsive if anything does go wrong which is good to know

I wont give even one start for support help ,they take money even you cenceling or do not use the service.
