Excelent accommodation in the heart of…
Excelent accommodation in the heart of London! We had the most fantastic experiente at Manhattan Pad. The apartament have amazing views, the flat was cleaned and very warm. Our baby loved his stay too. We would delfinitely be booking again!

Rude and deceptive agents managing the property
Rude people and also very deceptive. The property is nice but the two agents also business partners of Condokeeper who are managing this property are totally unprofessional and unethical.

Great stay!
First, let me say that we've had a great time during our stay. The apartment ( Manhattan Pad ) was something else and we were very grateful that we could stay there and had fantastic view.
Originally we booked a different place. So we were offerwd this flat prior to our arrival.
The exchange between us and the condokeeper team was always respectful and informative.
The only negative thing was, that there was no hot water at the beginning of our stay.
After getting in contact with the team we were informed that the maintenance team was working on it already.
Because of the new status of the apartment there were some things missing, but some of it was delivered during our stay.
It gets hot during sunny days so be prepared, if you are sensitive to heat.
The flat is stationed in a lively part of London and we were riding by bus all the time. There are lot of different bus stops nearby.
So it's perfect for getting to know the city.

Peaceful, spacious home from home
This apartment was delightful, spotlessly clean, well equipped and very comfortable. My visit to Cambridge was due to my husband being in Addenbrookes Hospital, and the apartment was about 7 minutes by car and 25 minutes walk which was perfect. It was so lovely to have a little bit of private outside space as well. Although the main road in front of the property was a little busy, there was no traffic noise in the apartment, and I felt totally safe at all times. When I first arrived I had to contact Condokeeper for some admin help, and they could not have been any more helpful, they were fantastic and very patient with a very stressed me! Would not hesitate to recommend or stay again.

They won’t give me back my damage deposit
They charged a £300 damage deposit during a 4 night stay in London. I took my family on a trip to London and made the mistake of choosing these dishonest people on Booking. The company is run by a man and a woman who have zero experience in managing property. I found the founder’s LinkedIn profile to confirm this. They were extremely rude from check in to check out. They threatened to cancel our booking 2 days before our arrival because I did not want to give them my card details outside of Booking to pay the £300 damage deposit. They sent a link to their own website asking me to sign their terms and conditions which said that they redeem the right to charge my card any amount they find suitable to cover damage they find after check out. As I was afraid to lose the booking I paid the damage deposit but refused to sign these ridiculous terms.
I accidentally dropped an empty glass on the hob which is stupidly placed in between the sink and the dish rack. This caused a tiny bit of the hob to be chipped off. I told them about this and offered to replace it. I found a replacement on B&Q for £88 and sent them the link to it offering to order it for them and take the old one. They refused the offer and claimed that they need to find out labour cost first. They also promised to send the broken hob through the post to me after replacement. They sent someone early the next day with no warning to check the damage. I asked several times how much they would take from my deposit and they refused to tell me until 4 days after my check out they said it cost £550 because of labour costs!!! I asked for the invoice of this and they said they’d send it but of course they did not. Disgraceful. I will not let this pass.
