Parking tricky and hard to find Clinic as signs pointed to locked entrance. In the end had to go through hotel lobby after asking at their reception. Otherwise fine and results came through on time.

My test was at 11 am and I was told I would get the result before midnight. My flight was 8.30 the next day I didn't get my result at midnight so kept calling eventually I received my result at 2.30 so I was up all night. Really bad

We can confirm that you were booked in our Hyatt clinic for 11am on 6th April and the results were sent to your booking ID on the same day at 22:40 followed a copy sent at 01:43.
We understand the inconvenience but in rare cases, our email ends up in spam or junk folders.
For further assurance, an email with the system generated result timing is shared with your booking ID.

very disappointed experience
You may find my below email addressed to support functional email address on Apr.2.23 with no reply till now. With delayed release of the PCR test result, we almost miss our flight. Very unpleasant experience!
Dear sir or madam,
I'm urgently awaiting the PCR result, which should be available half an hour ago per your promised timeline, i.e., within 3 hours.
I'm so disappointed that the service was not delivered as promised. As our flight is departing soon, for that I have been waiting in Terminal 2 for paper print-out of the PCR test result. After that, I have to transfer from Terminal 2 to Terminal 4. Sorry to say, I have no time to wait for another half hour for the test result. I decide not to wait for the test result any more, but I remain the right to claim the refund of my paid test cost, as this test is an alternative, I have a test done yesterday.
I'm very disappointed with the unpleasant experience. further to the below facts, I'd like to add that starting from 12:35 pm, we had to call your good center every several minutes to check the status. After being promised that the result will be definitely be available latest by 12:50 pm which is actually not released, we were asked to wait for another 5 minutes and this promise has pitifully been repeated several times till our last call with you at 1:31 pm.
We booked this urgent service is because of our flight departing in several hours. Though we had a test yesterday, and this test is for the sake of safety, we haven't expected that the service was not delivered as promised. Based on the unpleasant experience, if I'm asked which test center is to recommend, sorry to say, your good center is not in my list.
Besides, the traveler is 15 years old only, and he is travelling alone. Due to the late availability of the test result, it left him with more time pressure as he was waiting irritably at Terminal 2 for paper print-out, after which, he had transfer to Terminal 4 for check-in.
This being said, I'm writing to ask for the full refund of test fee of 119 pounds. Looking forward to hearing from you!

I did not see it is a good experience. Have to wait for clinic to contact to admin. However. It is very hard to contact the admin. Not recommended.

Efficient and professional
The clinic is clean and quiet. The test has been finished quickly with enough explanation. I needed to receive the certificate for Japanese government and they supported this extra request very urgently. I am happy to recommend this clinic.

Very, very helpful staff. Results came back quickly and they even completed the form I needed for Japan straight away. Wonderful company, highly recommend them.

Because of you guys didn’t send my antigen test results on time I missed my flight cost me so much money to get another ticket I guess I should sue I had a test at 10:40 results came 1:30 and been told shouldn’t take more than hour I’m so angry also I keep trying to call and been rejected after second calls
