Don’t use for important test like NIPT
I do not recommend using the company for an important test like NIPT. I had my blood tests 6 days ago and still no results. They advertise 3-5 working days. The customer service team ignores emails and complaints. There is no contact number for them so you can’t even speak to someone. There are more reliable NIPT providers!

Nobody can be bothered to acknowledge my complaint
The results were promised within 5 days, it took 6 days and I only got my results because I chased. I got no acknowledgement of the fact the results were late. I have tried to contact customer services a further three times and nobody have even bothered to acknowledge my emails.

I always have such as lovely experience with the Concepto Clinic Milton Keynes office. Booking is super quick and straight forward. But above all, Wendy (who does the PCR tests) is always so lovely. I am always happy to see her and catch up.

The whole process from booking to the actual procedure, was smooth and easy.
The lady I found at the clinic was very friendly and welcoming.
I arrived a few minutes earlier and she did not ask me to wait but attended to me immediately.
I got my results as expected.
