Perfect as always, thanks to Sean & team

Really pleased by the service provided by Concept Management, they are reliable, professional and a friendly team to work with. We have been using their service for many years now.

Great as always! We had some very old phones that needed collecting - although these are of little value to Concept Management, they agreed to pick them up enroute to another job after I enquired about alternative ways to dispose of the phones in an environmentally appropriate way.

Easy to arrange collection on time staff excellent attitude very easy company to do business with

Always friendly and efficient. Communication is great. Trustworthy guys. Safe pairs of hands.

Excellent service. They guys always turn up when expected and are both polite and hard working. The reports we get back are thorough and easily accessible.

Great company. Very efficient and have all the certification to deal with the disposals securely.

Sean, Rob and the whole team were so helpful, kind and professional throughout the whole process. Starting by requesting collection of old kit, communication regarding site visit and the actual collection of kit itself on the day. Highly recommend and wouldn't use anyone else.

Mark from Concept Management Consulting Limited originally and kindly donated 20 Dell Latitude laptops to support Adult Social Care workers in completing their Social Care Qualifications and developing their digital skills.
The impact of these donations has been significant. The laptops have made a huge difference to the work we do, and so far we have supported around 50 individuals in completing qualifications or achieving their Care Certificates.
More recently, Mark generously donated a further 5 laptops, expanding our pool and enabling us to reach even more learners—this is absolutely fantastic. These devices will continue to support many more care and support workers across Doncaster.
Thank you, Concept Management Consulting Limited, for your generosity and ongoing support. It is truly appreciated.

Used Concept frequently over a number of years however this request was above and beyond normal requirements with visits over two days and multiple rooms / locations to be audited and cleared.

Fully engaged from initial request, through to survey, the actual work being completed and the final documentation.

Managed expectations throughout and ensured all site working requirements were adhered to.

No fuss, no hurdles and no issues.

Wonderful company to do business with. All the staff are very polite and they are also prompt to collect any equipment that we need removing.

Communication, ease of arranging & clear / concise documentation, overall a great service.

We have used Concept Management for years and they always provide an excellent service.

Great, easy process from dropping off old equipment to getting all the certificates of disposal - highly recommended!
