Dan Percy provided an outstanding service from the moment we were introduced.

He has a warm, experienced and professional demeanor at all times and no one thing is ever beyond his remit.

He is always reachable and is extremely thorough in his replies to all queries.

I honestly cannot thank him enough for everything he has done for us, he guided us through a very intense and stressful process, and made us feel like no question was ever insignificant - no matter how inexperienced we were throughout . For that we are very grateful.

If only everyone could have a Dan on speed dial when getting a mortgage! What a lovely, genuine guy. I would very highly recommend to anyone in the future.
