One humongous company with-at best-a blurry reputation when it comes to nutrition and healthful ingredients. Palm Oil-long a controvrsial food additive and Malodextrin-again with a red flag waving-should be avoided until more research is done on both. Conagra markets lots of stuff-from popcorn to sweet looking entrees. Caveat emptor,

This is the worst company doing business in America today. They sell foods like Orville Redenbacher popcorn. I contacted them with a complaint about a product, and they care nothing about customer service. They are run by greed, incompetence and lousy customer service. If this is how they treat customers just imagine the corners, they cut when making products. Now I understand why I ran into the issues with the product; they are motivated by greed and nothing towards making sure customers who purchase their lousy products are satisfied. I’ve never seen such a poor response from a company, especially a food company, it was an insult. I would avoid purchasing any of their products in the future because the corporate office won’t do a dam thing to assist people. It won’t matter if you report that one of their food products made you sick, or was spoiled, or wasn’t even close to being satisfactory as advertised. They simply do not care because the company is run by crooks with crooked practices!

Several old favorites of mine has been bouht out by this company. La Choy, Birds Eye, Healthy Choice, Marie Callender's, Slim Jim, Reddi-wip, Duncan Hines, and Banquet, etc. In their effort to save money, they started using inferior ngredients, which has reduced these old favorites of mine into becoming grossly inedible, "bland," "horrible," and "disgusting," I found plastic mixed in with some of their food products I bought,

yes they have runny pot pies with little veggies in them quite often, but the worst part was that my home warranty wouldn't cover it blowing up in my microwave. it wasn't normal wear and tear. conagra has poor qc. Sometimes the tin foil type carton catches on fire. I am not the only one. conagra had some older lady say unless i showed them the burnt carton, they would not help with the microwave they wanted the serial number bs

Conagra customer support is run like a terrorist group. Instead of trying to help, it attacks consumers who have complained as though it was waging war. I complained about $20 of defective frozen TV dinners and requested a refund. Afterwards the rude and argumentive rep only sent me a $3 coupon. On my second call, an obnoxious rep and an equally rude supervisor finally said they would snd me more coupons. However l got only a second $3 coupon. No refund. $6 for $20. Yes I have been CON AG
RAvated! Update I still have not gotten my full refund.

Unfortunately popcorn kernel in top layer of Boom Chicka Pop Kettle Corn broke a tooth (upper molar). Was not expecting a kernel at the top of the bag. Not happy with response from Conagra and would not recommend taking a chance with this brand of popcorn.

Bought a package of 4 butterscotch puddings.
Barely one tablespoon of pudding in the cup.
Tastes nothing close to butterscotch. Not even sure what it actually did taste like!
Since I bought a package of 4 vanilla puddings also, I can't even imagine how that's going to turn out!

Found a large bundle of hair in our popcorn; BOOMCHICKAPOP. Wrote on the website and took pictures. Also sent the hair back in the mail. Told them I would not buy the product again. Their solution to send me a coupon for another bag saying make sure I use it before it expires. Insulting solution as I found the hair in my mouth........gross!

Latest smart balance tub from Kroger will not spread. Can only flake off tiny bits which will not spread on toast. No way to get any to add to a dish. Messing with contents again?

I want to start by saying how much I enjoy Marie Callender's frozen dinners & I have eaten every dinner they make & today was the first time eating the 'Fettuccine with Chicken & Broccoli" this was the only dinner I haven't tried until today & this is the best Fettuccine I have ever eaten whether it be homemade or store bought. Please try there products because you will be very very satisfied.

I went on line to see if I could determine why the 2 most recent tubs of Smart Balance were so terrible. I learned that the formula was changed. I found A LOT of negative comments.
Agreed, this new formula is terrible. I put it on HOT vegetables and it doesn't even melt. It just sits there. Tastes terrible and spreads so different than the original (good) version. Not sure if I will come back as a customer after wasting 9 bucks on 2 tubs. I figured the 1st was just a fluke, but the 2nd was just as bad.

I don't even want to give one star. Just horrible and others said they use to be good. Got a lemon meringue pie not once but twice and the filling wasn't the vibrant yellow it use to it was pale yellow and the crust was soggy. The first time I got coupons but like someone said the pies are not cheap. The second time...today...I told them I wanted my money back. Customer service is as horrible as their pies.

A Bertolli complaint search took me to Conagra. So last month I completed their form. An acknowledgment was received, case 05913258, and subsequently two $1 off coupons.

The normal price for their product is $10. With $1 off coupons, $100 would have to be spent to recoup $10 spent for their defective product. Their two $1 off coupons would cause one to spend another $20, on top of $10 already spent, and result in recouping only 20% of the cost. Since this was insufficient, I again reached out to them.

After receiving their "we're sending you a little extra" email, I received two $5 off coupons. I would have to spend another $20, on top of the $10 already spent, to recoup the cost.

This is absolutely disgusting. The fact that this company does NOT stand behind its products, and chooses instead to send out trivial coupons that force consumers to buy more of their products, is disgraceful. I want a full replacement without having to spend another penny of my money. Otherwise, I want to be reimbursed.

As FYI, after filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the company sent me a $10 check.

Bought 2 Marie Callenders pies and they were trash. As someone who has been a customer for years I am disgusted. The pies were full of berries with stems on shoved in a pie and the insides were a jelly blob. The pies were less than 2 Months old and I was so grossed out I almost puked and ended up throwing them away. The company is not as good as it used to be and I don't think I will be getting another pie from them. Have has issues in the past as well with hair

Good food and a dedication to more sustainable and responsible business and production practices.

So Conagra brands has bought Marie Callender's who's food used to be wonderful......well not so much anymore and their customer service is a sad joke so called to tell them that their food a pot roast dinner tasted like cardboard so they sent me a dollar off coupon as if that would've cleared up the issue....so will not ever buy a conagra product ever again....I am sure they care not at all.....
