Ali was absolutely brilliant. He was extremely patient and talked me through everything in an easy to understand way. He thoroughly checked everything remotely before identifying the problem and recommending a solution. He resolved the issue and now the PC is perfect again. 10/10

Very poor payed £600 for a gaming pc that lasted just over 12 months !!! On investigation was build with very old parts ! Contacted company and told would have to pay to have it looked at and pay for parts !! TOTAL RIP OFF!! Avoid this company at all costs !!!! Not happy

Ordered PC late Monday for work requirements. They guys have gone above and beyond to get me a machine ready for first thing Tuesday morning. Allowed me to get back to work and kept my boss very happy. I would highly recommend Ali and his guys. Really helpful team.! Thanks again :)

Hi everyone, great experience...helping with remote desktop to check and set things out with our computer.
Also recommended way of how to help ourselves should we wish so...
Reliable person/technician.
Thank you very much.
Remember problem is between your screen and chair ...

Just bought my pc but had some problem with my monitor, so I contacted them and they fix it. They responded really quick and I got it solved quickly as well. Really good service. 👍🏻

My contact was Ali, although my issue was not serious just annoying, went through a whole load of possible solutions in order to resolve my query. Top class service

I have now purchased two desktop gaming PCs from these guys. Perfectly built and always on hand for any issues that you might come across. My son wanted to play the game rust and therefore he needed a faster CPU. These guys were happy for me to send the PC back and upgrade it for me to my son’s requirements. Exceptional service highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent service my sons pc stopped working sent it back & was sent a new computer excellent company

Purchased a Pc from them back in February of 2023, worked really well and had no problems with it! Pc only recently had a power problem, they fixed it for me quickly and was super helpful! Definitely recommend:)

Fantastic customer service really fast delivery and replies if you have any problems they will reply really quick I will always use this company from now on

Great prices (10-15% cheaper than Amazon) and super support after purchase. Really helped out when I caused an issue with my PC and they helped fix.

I don’t see why so many people are complaining about the pc’s being sold on here. £400 you get a solid working gaming pc that comes with a keyboard mouse and monitor to get you all set up and ready to go straight away. You couldn’t really ask for much else. There’s also plenty of room to make upgrades to it which aren’t expensive. These guys have helped me so much and my gaming of works perfect

SELLING 15 YEAR OLD PC'S AS GAMING PC'S TO PEOPLE WHO DON'T HAVE A NOTION WHAT THEY ARE GETTING. NO GAMING PC SHOULD COME WITH AN OLD I7 2ND GEN CPU AND A 2GB GRAPHICS CARD WITH A 15 YEAR OLD MOTHRBOARD. THIS IS 2024 NOT THE YEAR 2010, BEWARE WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AS IT'S AN OLD NORMAL PC PUT INTO A GAMING PC CASE

Don’t bother asking them for help they don’t respond they ask you to send a WhatsApp message so you do and then you don’t get any help with the after care even though our gaming computer was within the two years guarantee. Complete waste of space. They are specialists of nothing.

EBAY and computer-specialist-uk
EBAY keep removing negative feedback from this seller computer-specialist-uk. EBAY are making this seller look like they are a good seller when both EBAY and this seller are scamming and ripping people off.

I bought this PC online on Ebay, a gaming PC for my daughter. Came within 48 hours of ordering. I had an issue where we could not load minecraft so I contacted the sellers who tried to help me immediately

The fixes weren't working so they arranged someone t phone me. The help was immediate, they took remote access and realised the problem was a mistake of my own. I am very impressed and will 100 percent recommend, for fast reliable service with help available anytime.

Arrived Quickly, easy setup, games play very well with no issues. Would definitely recommend it.
