I find nowadays it’s less often you come across people like Warren and WG IT. Took my PS4 to him and he took time immediately to look at and diagnose it and had it back working in 10-15 minutes. And then didn’t charge me a thing. Quite easily one of the nicest, friendliest and professional guys I’ve met in a long time and I really can’t recommend him highly enough. Thanks Warren.

I would highly recommend WG IT Computer & Console Repair Services to anyone looking to get their console repaired. My PS4 developed a fault in that it would turn on but wasn’t displaying a picture on the screen. I got in touch with Warren who outlined the likely causes and advised the cost for repairing each (which were very reasonable) so I booked the console in for repair. Whilst there, Warren explained exactly what he would look to do and even gave it a quick check over for any obvious defects.
I left it with him then received regular updates via email letting me know when he would be looking at repairing it, what the fault was and when the repair and bench testing had been completed. It turned out it wasn’t either of the 2 items he suspected but another couple of components that had failed. Therefore, it ended up being even cheaper than the quoted price which was great news!
Warren and Claire were a pleasure to deal with and provided a very quick and efficient service. Thank you so much!

Absolutely top service. Dropped off my Macbook Air for a firmware password reset and it was done within a day. Warren explained exactly what needed to happen and was highly professional. I'll be recommending WG IT to any friends or colleagues that need computer help in the future.

The service I received from WG IT Computers and Console repair services was fantastic. Absolutely professional In every way, great ticketing system that kept me informed of every step and progress of the repair. This began with a SMS to confirm the booking and also the location of the store and a follow up email. All the things I need to bring or not bring as well and any other information I should be aware of. Consistent updates from the start of repair and even high quality photos and details of the issue and the solution applied.

The turn around time was super quick and their price was the cheapest. I was educated on the cause of the issue and the solution that would be applied to fix it.

All in all, it was worth the 40min round trip and I would very likely make that journey over local repair stores closer to me. I am super happy and would be contacting them first and foremost with my tech repair.

A1 service, professional, great value and you should look no further. Unbelievable value for money and the PS4 is like new. Warren's a gentleman who treats his customers with absolute respect.

First class service from Warren. The HDMI port was broken on my son's PS5 and it was replaced speedily and for a very reasonable price. Warren explained in detail the process and work undertaken and kept me informed of the expected timescale. I would definitely recommend this company.

Someone who's running a good honest business, is not trying to rob you (in 2021), is extremely competent in the field and offers excellent costumer service! Extremely pleased.

I had my ps4 repaired here, I had a problem with the HDMI port. The service was very good and I was contacted often on my ps4 and any updates which was very reassuring. Due to an update error, my laptop was turning on but no display, black screen. The team from WG IT Computer explained everything from the first point, with easy ways of communication afterwards.
The laptop has been fixed in three days, at a very accessible price.

I found Warren via Google. He is an absolutely Top Guy! Extremely honest and knows his stuff. I took my nine year old sons PS4 slim and I thought there was a problem with the laser. It turned out my three year old had posted an item through the CD slot which was causing the problem. It’s difficult to find honest people so I rely heavily on the reviews others leave.
Warren was absolutely honest and he carried out a full service. No laser required!!! His services are at a very good price. Highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be going back with any other electronic device I have!!

Outstanding 5 Star service. Called on the Thursday afternoon regarding a PS4 failure. The PS4 was collected at 7pm Thursday evening, assessed and fixed Friday afternoon, and delivered back at 7pm Friday evening. Faultless service and communication, and an extremely reasonable price.
