Attention EU buyers: do not order here!!
Like many EU customers, I placed an order with Comply in euros, reasonably assuming it would be shipped from within the EU. Instead, I was hit with over €15 in unexpected customs charges, pushing my total above €40.
This is outright misleading. During checkout, it explicitly states that taxes are calculated and shows €0, creating the clear impression that all costs are included. There is no clear or prominent warning that additional import fees will apply.
To make matters worse, after raising this issue with customer support, I was simply directed to their terms and conditions or FAQ. This information is buried somewhere on the website and not presented during the actual checkout process where it matters. That is not transparency, it’s deflection.
I ordered three sizes to find the right fit, but can only use one pair. In the end, I paid over €40 for two small foam tips, which is completely unreasonable and feels deceptive. It was better to order from a reseller!
If you sell to EU customers in euros, you should clearly communicate shipping origin and all additional costs upfront, not hide them behind fine print.

Lack of transparency
I was hit with unexpected VAT and import charges after completing my order. At no stage during checkout was I informed that these costs would apply.
The only place this information exists is in the FAQ, not in the purchase flow itself — even though the site obviously knows when an order is being placed from the EU!
Avoid – very poor customer service and refusal to resolve
I ordered foam tips from Comply in November for Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro. Delivery was delayed well beyond the stated timeframe, with no tracking updates. After chasing, a replacement was sent weeks later.
When the product finally arrived (around 7 weeks after ordering), the tips did not fit my earbuds. I contacted support immediately and provided photos, barcode confirmation, and video evidence clearly showing the issue.
Despite this, Comply repeatedly stated the product was “correct” and refused to offer a refund or alternative solution. Communication was slow, responses were repetitive, and the issue was never resolved despite extensive back-and-forth over several weeks.
At this point, I have spent more time arguing than the product is worth. If something goes wrong with your order, be aware that you may struggle to get a refund or meaningful support.
Very disappointing experience.
Comply Eartips hidden delivery and custom charges
I never got to try these foams, ordered silicon case and cleaning kit along with all size foam tips. But they did not informed regarding extra delivery charges which would incurred after reaching to your destination address. And parcel was rejected. And got my refund after too many attempts it tooks nearly 15 days. Worst customer service response extremely delayed response. Beside that i cannot explain much about quality of product or it's durability and usage information

Good customer service
I ordered two sets of foam tips, but unfortunately, only one was included in the package, and I ended up paying VAT for both items at the Danish border.
I reached out to customer service, and within a few days, they refunded me for the entire order even though I had received half of the order.
Mistakes can happen, but I really found the customer service to be very good.

Kein Hinweis auf hohe Zollgebühren und Zusatzkosten
Leider wird im deutschsprachigen Onlineshop mit keinem Wort darauf hingewiesen, dass die Ware direkt aus den USA verschickt wird und in Deutschland noch zusätzlich Zollgebühren und DHL-Kosten für die Zollabwicklung anfallen (in meinem Fall ca 20 Euro bei einem Warenwert von knapp 50 Euro). Ich habe die Annahme verweigert und das Paket ging postwendend an den Absender zurück, wo es laut Sendungsverfolgung auch angekommen ist. Trotzdem verweigert Comply bis dato jede Rückerstattung, Paypal Käuferschutz läuft....
Pathetic
Expensive as hell, shipping takes a month, extra import duties to Germany.
That would be a total of 43 euros for a pair of tips.
Customer service is nonexistent.

Not worth the money
I ordered these for my Google Pixel buds.
Delivery was quite slow, taking many weeks before they arrived (I'm probably spoiled by Amazon, which delivers things within a few days).
For the £20 I paid, they are not worth it.
order placed and billed without authorization
I received notification of being billed for items I did not order. There is no meaningful customer support. I followed online guidance for closing the account. I also followed up with Shop.com who they use to secure payment. I will never use this company again. Clearly, they are fast and loose with credit card payments.
Disappointment all round
Disappointed, though they may be a better fit for my Pixel Pro 2 buds but no better than standard Pixel silicon set. Also completely removes any bass, will never use, bit of a waste of money.
Slow
Placed an order Tuesday, posting label created the next day on Wednesday, and then item not moving in DHL network until the following Wednesday. Slow slow slow.
Good items, but expensive, break quickly and won't they replace
I used the ear buds with Google pixel buds a-series. They worked well for a couple months, but then broke through average/less than average use. I asked for a replacement/refund and was informed this is intentional and I should buy a new pair. For ~£25 I expected much better. Watch out and expect them to break quickly.

My initial review of Comply gave it a one star. After 65 days I finally received my order. In fairness the quality is good. The main problem with Comply is its shipping. If you are an international buyer I would look somewhere else. The Irish customs took 26 days to process my item. Useless bunch of workers, they cant be that busy.

Really good ear tips but got sent wrong color and got charged duties taxes (7€), and no import tax (to Lithuania)

Then I had to pay 11,50 Euro taxes in Germany. How can I know from where they ship and that they don’t pay the taxes? Unbelievable.
