I bought two items at the price of $99 each. When the receipt came in the mail it was only $69 and it was not a COMPLEX receipt either. It was a completely different store and COMPLEX is just a third party who charges their customers more than over 50% of the original price. Stay away. Find your pieces somewhere else.

I've placed an order for 6 items of the Murakami Dodgers collab on August 13, 2025 but only received 2 caps and it's November 11, 2025. They said it's arriving last month but still nothing.

Like what everyone else said! It was one of the worst purchase experience I had. Bought the Murakami x Dodgers jersey in March before the season begin, didn’t receive it until after the playoffs was over, a whole whopping 8 months. It’s just ridiculous! And the worst part is they charge your credit card right away when the order is placed, not when it’s shipped, so God knows what they could have done with your money for 8 months. Even the shittiest bank gives some interest, and they offered no compensation whatsoever.

Ordered items from the Dodgers Murakami in March and did not receive jerseys until November. They did not respond to any inquiries for a refund back in April, even though they later stated they would give refunds to people who wanted them. They did honor this. Horrible customer service and this delay was unacceptable and nonexistent. Will never buy from them again. You would think with how much their crap costs, they could afford decent staff to respond to inquiries .

I got scammed by them as well. I had no idea until my order got stuck in pre-shipment and I contacted them—only to keep getting poked with their “final sale” policy. It was only after that I went to read the online reviews… so frustrating.

I’m calling for community support! Public shaming is the only tool we have left. Let’s spread the word by commenting that it’s a scam and warning others not to deal with them on their Instagram page!

Same- I ordered Black Pink Dodgers collaboration in July still hasn’t arrived (October 19). Yet they are still selling products online

I've placed an order in beginning of May. Products should have been shipped within 8 weeks. Now almost 6 months have passed and there are still no information about further procedure. Only Information is that there are delays in production and the cards should be shipped "soon".

Currently trying to cancel the order and process a refund to my bank account.

Terrible customer service. I have contacted them 4 times about a damaged record I received and every time they just apologize and say they will contact the seller and get back to me. If I purchased the product on your website, you are the seller as far as I am concerned, which means you should be providing a resolution to the issues. I would steer clear of this company.

I entered into a claims agreement regarding PCPs for cars, during this summer with Complex Law, which I cancelled within the 14 day cooling off period. Having sent emails to the company asking that they cancel the agreement and receiving no response, other than an automated message, I contacted the Customer Service line and referred to the 2 emails I had sent to cancel the agreement within the cooling off period. Having checked my details, I was informed my agreement would be cancelled and I received an email from Complex Law to confirm this. I received a email from Complex Law on 12 Sep 25 to inform me of other finance agreements I had entered into regarding vehicle purchases in years gone by that they were following up on regarding my claim? Next step back to Complex Law customer services on 15 Sep 25 to find out why the are following up on a claim that has been cancelled. I will update this review later.

I should've known that this company was going to be an issue. I placed an order back in April, only to realize I had not yet received my order until I came across their page on instagram in June. Went to pull up my order to track my package only to see that the tracking number still had not been created. I contacted the company and they apologize about the delay and tells me that they are going to ship my order out to me shortly. Its the end of August, and still no PACKAGE; I then go back to pull up my order and finally I see a tracking number, click on it and it says its been delivered in June in Florida!! Yall my shipping address says Burleson, TEXAS!! I contact the company and they tell me it was delivered! I add my order (with where it says to ship: Burleson) and also the tracking info to where it was delivered. They told me, basically it says it was delivered so now you need to take that up with the post office!! Why would yall send my package to Florida! I dont stay in Florida!

NEVA AGAIN

I previously purchased 2 items from the first Murakami x Dodgers drop which were received so I didn't hesitate to order from the second drop which was released on 28th April 2025. I received a confirmation of the order on the same day but I am yet to receive the black Murakami x Dodgers Heritage Night hoodie despite several email exchanges where I would ask the whereabouts of my order and receive replies with various dates of forecasted order fulfilment. I have had to file a dispute with my credit card before the 120 day window of opportunity runs out which is what I expect Complex is hoping for by continuously extending the dispatch dates. If they were selling under the premise of a pre-order then they should have made that clear but they didn't. When you go to their IG page under the Murakami posts the comments are full of customers some of which are still waiting for orders from the first drop in March which is unacceptable. I will never order from this company again.

Terrible customer service. Feminine clogs had small subtext that they were in men’s sizing I didn’t see until after ordering. CS refused to cancel, change, or exchange order even though I contacted them seconds after it was placed and simply wanted the next size down. Had the nerve to ask me to rate their “assistance” after doing nothing.

I bought 2 bags and it never came!!
It was marked as “delivered” by UPS this is really weird and never happened before, I couldn’t get a refund

I had ordered a Saint Vanity exclusive monochrome shirt from them on July 10th and shortly after I went and seen all these reviews. At first I was panicking and just waited for it to ship. On day 3 it didn't ship so I went and contacted complex support, It took about like half a day or so before they contacted me back and it was a real person instead of a bot or something. The next thing you know a day after a shipping label was created and the next day it was shipped out. My packaged ended up coming today the 21st cause usps doesn't move packages on Sundays. So for anyone wanting to order from them I would say go ahead cause I was scared my shirt wouldn't come.

Complex is not attached to the products it sells on its site, just the money it makes from selling them.

A specific product they sell on their site is NY-based yet comes directly from South Korea, and apparently isn’t American-sized. I am a size 33, yet a size Medium, which is a 33.5, does NOT FIT.

The product hasn’t even shipped and Complex has informed me that due to their all sales are final, they will not issue a size swap or a refund.

I will not support this company in any capacity. Their instagram post will never be visible to me, their YouTube videos will not show on any screen of mine. I’ve gone from a long time supporter to a long time HATER just like that.

No returns. Quality and fit is horrible
