Unnecessary service
Unfortunately we didn’t feel that this service made any difference to us. The reports although consistent only ever told us what we had done (such as forms completed or questions responded to) or what our solicitor had already spoken to us about.

I can see that your solicitor was part of our panel network, so we're really pleased to hear that you found communication to be consistent throughout your transaction.
When clients are receiving regular updates directly from their solicitor, there can naturally be some overlap between the information they receive from the solicitor and their sales progressor. However, as we're not always aware of what has already been communicated, we will always pass on any updates we receive to ensure clients remain fully informed.

Sold my house with Liberty and complete asap
Just completed on my house! At the start I was assigned to a case manager, (I forgot her name) but she apparently got fired or left the company halfway through my case, haha! But anyway, then a lady called Liberty came along and saved the day and finished the sale. Libby updated my case notes to me regularly so I knew exactly what was going on and when, and on several occasions was always free for a chat which took away the stress of house selling away instantly! So, I thank you for your competent service 5/5. Also, thanks to completeASAP for choosing good solicitors also!

Brilliant service
I have not come across this service before and I can only say how much time and worry it saved me. Every step of the sale was looked into and reported by email so I knew exactly what was happening with all parties. Nicola Harper was superb! Extremely friendly and informative. The best customer service experience I've ever had
We had Helen Kelly assist with our sales progression and I can honestly say it was the best customer service experience I've ever had thanks to her hard work, vast knowledge but simple explanations of technicalities and processes, and her hugely positive, proactive communication approach. I could talk to Helen at any time for updates, reassurance or even just a vent when things weren't progressing! Whatever she's being paid simply isn't enough and I'm convinced our sale/purchase would've collapsed if it wasn't for her diligence. I honestly believe the whole industry should take a leaf out of her book in terms of the effort, urgency and communication levels that are needed to make things happen efficiently and effectively. Ashleigh has got us through
Ashleigh has made what was a very long and stressful house exchange more bearable. I have literally bombarded her with emails and she has always been the voice of calm reasoning.
Its been very very stressful due to higher up in the chain but Ashleigh has dealt with everything professionally and kept us updated throughout.
