Great Experience

We have been living in this flat for four years, and had multiple issues on number of occasions but everytime we contacted to customer service to resolve the basic issues
it get done without any delay. So we, as tanents are very satisfied happy with their service.

Jodie has been a fantastic property manager. Her response time is incredibly quick, and she efficiently handles any queries or issues I have. She consistently went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Highly recommend Complete Prime Residential.

Wonderful company to rent from

Wonderful company to rent from. Always happy to help. Quickly get things sorted when needed. I had a couple of property managers in my 3 years in this place and I must say that the most helpful was Safiyya El-Moumane, anything I asked of them they helped me out within a day (if they could) and made this whole process easy so thank you. Would highly recommend complete!

Excellent Service and Hassle-Free Experience

I had an excellent experience with Kirsty. The service was professional, and the property was well-maintained with quality furniture. The check-out process was smooth, and they were prompt in assisting with the deposit return. Highly recommend their services!

I would like to thank Michaela Morton…

I would like to thank Michaela Morton (Senior Property Manager) for keeping us updated when to sign the tenancyagreement. After signing the contract, we had an issue with the wrong bay number to park my car. She was so helpful to sort it out. I really appreciate her help and support.

Also, I want to thank Megan Upton for explaining the process before signing the contract.

Had a good experience

Chrystalla is very friendly and she did whatever she could to help us with the property. There was a bit of an issue with the move in date because of third party delay but it was solved as soon as she was back from her holidays.

BAD Experience…

I would like to share my experience with Complete Prime Residential Ltd, and it has been nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, I have encountered numerous issues that highlight their lack of professionalism and disregard for tenant rights.

First and foremost, the images they post online are highly misleading and do not accurately reflect the actual condition of the property. This false advertising sets unrealistic expectations and is a major red flag for prospective tenants.

I have been renting through Complete Prime Residential Ltd for the past four months, and since day one, I have reported several repair issues that needed immediate attention. Despite their initial promises to address these concerns, nothing has been done. Every attempt to follow up has been met with excuses or outright refusal to take responsibility. They seem more interested in pleasing the landlord rather than ensuring the property is habitable and safe for tenants.

Furthermore, it is clear that Complete Prime Residential Ltd only acknowledges the landlord's wishes and fails to advocate for the tenants. This lack of support and protection for tenant rights is unacceptable and has caused significant frustration and inconvenience.

In conclusion, I strongly advise against renting through Complete Prime Residential Ltd. Their unprofessionalism, false advertising, and failure to address necessary repairs make them an unreliable and unsatisfactory choice for property management. Tenants deserve better, and unfortunately, this company does not meet even the basic standards of quality service.

We understand your frustration and would like to address the issue regarding the online images. We assure you that our listings are intended to accurately represent our properties, and we regret if the images led to any unmet expectations. Regarding the repair issues, we regret any inconvenience you have faced. While some repairs have been completed, we acknowledge that the situation with the sofa remains unresolved. Unfortunately, we are unable to override the landlord's decision on furniture replacement. Despite our efforts to propose a compromise, we have yet to reach an agreement that satisfies both parties.

Please be assured that we will continue to advocate on your behalf and seek a resolution to the sofa issue. Our goal is to ensure all tenants have a comfortable and habitable living environment, and we are committed to finding a solution.

Poor service / Not organised

Had a year tenancy in Leeds with property manager Chrsytalla and they didn’t fix a leak for two months, several cancelled appointments, and now have the cheek to charge us for a clean out of our deposit despite damage being caused to the flooring by their late repairs. No empathy in their emails, miscommunication and a lot of effort from our side, I called and at times and was told to email instead, standard corporate copy and paste replies via email, really not a great experience - avoid!

We understand how frustrating the delay in repairing the leak must have been. While your property manager at the time kept you updated to the best of their ability, the block management company took longer than anticipated to identify and address the source of the problem, which was beyond our direct control. Efforts were made to expedite the repair process, and these challenges were communicated to you throughout.

Chrystalla took over once the leak was resolved and coordinated the necessary remedial works. We understand your concerns about the charges for cleaning and any damages, and we assure you that we strive to be fair in our assessments. We regret if our communication during this period felt impersonal or lacking in empathy.

Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we will use it to improve our service. We are committed to providing a better experience for all our tenants and appreciate your understanding.
