Amazingly bad service
We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years.
In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before.
Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told).
Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you.
After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote.
Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

If I could give zero stars to this agency I would.
They are unprofessional, very poor communication amongst themselves and tenants.
They do not follow the end of tenancy procedure properly then hold on to tenant deposits for over 3 months are more
They don’t even know the terms of their own tenancy agreements

The worst agency we have dealing with, 7 years being excellent tenants and they treated us super bad all the time, even more now on our leaving, I will never ever get a house with them, and I will never recommend them!

Unresponsive
Unresponsive, and only interested in cursory compliance with legislation rather than actually fixing problems. This leaves landlords wide open to legal action from tenants and is in neither parties best interests!
