Delivered wrong item . Very difficult to contact. Unable to contact by phone. Taking a long time to sort I would not recommend dealing with them based in Germany

Product arrived within 6 days in good condition. Great service at competitive price

Painfully slow delivery.
It took two days before it was despatched and then a further 6 to get here.

No communication from company, no tracking provided. Order hasn't arrived as of being asked to submit this rating

Good price on two pairs of HH oilskin bottoms. I like dealing with this company. Fast and effcient.

I did not like the fact the company is in Germany and you can not tell from looking at the website. It was not until I had ordered and the tracking started, that I then realised it was coming from Germany. It has taken a lot longer to come than I was expecting when I first placed the order. They need to let people know they are Germany based as it is not obvious. The rest of the journey was as expected easy to track. I only used them because I could not find this product anywhere else. I am expecting it today and hope everything is ok as it could get complicated if I need to return it.

Dreadful service, do not use this company.
They fail to deliver, do not answer queries, and hold your money rather than refund, even when they know they haven't sent the goods!

Sent the wrong size shoes!

You'd think that sending the correct size wouldn't have been difficult so I can't give this review more than one star.

Didn’t realise I would have to pay import duty.

I had a problem with a product that I ordered, sent them an email and they have ignored me. I have now gone direct to the manufacturer.
Update 1 - since the review appeared on TrustPilot the distributor have reached out and are sending me the missing part.
Update 2 The missing part arrived very promptly. All good now.

Sent wrong size and wrong colour and too expensive to send back so wearing these shoes as only a pensioner.
