Spoke with Jim, he gave me good advice, i asked him to call me back in 60 minutes. He did so promptly and advised me about the best deal for my energy needs. Great service, great guy!

These guys found us a great deal for electricity, our old one was charging far to much, over $500 a month for 2 people with no pool, spa or anything like that,
Give these guys a chance you will not be disappointed, from the first initial young lady to her manager were great at explaining things, the Oliver called me back and set it all up with ease

Great Service
The gentleman who I was speaking to was very professional, knowledgeable, respectful. His patience with me was great as I was able to bring up on my computer my own bills to make a comparison at the same time.
I was able to, at the same time research on my own computer as he explained the new options that were better for me by saving me money

Globird to Alinta.
It was obvious that Ron was clearly wanting me to change. He gave me to much information that was hard to absorb in a 5 minute phone call. The recording kept on referring to a contract, yet Ron advised that there is no contract. I can cancel Alinta at any time. This seems to be conflicting. He was only offering one other company ( Alinta). I thought compare would have provided comparisons with several Power Suppliers.

Communication is KEY !!!
Mickael phoned me after seeing my negative review. Things went a bit unexpectedly wrong with my change over of retailer. He assures me my credit in my final read from the former retailer, because it was direct debit payments woud be refunded to me. Also I recieved a note in my letter box that it could not be determined that my barking excellent watch dog 'inside the house' dog was restrained ? Mickael strongely suggested that I request a smart meter so that it could be read remotely. Thanks Mickael. Merry Christmas everyone !

Very time consuming & repetitive
Very time consuming & repetitive. I was told it would be "5-10mins" each time & it wasn't. There was a fault with sign up form for gas & each time I had a call I had to go through all details again which was very time consuming & frustrating. I have now cancelled my sign up & signed on with a new compare company as they were fast & efficient with better customer service
