⚠️ WARNING – Please Read Before Doing Business with Box Bush Commercials, Weston-Super-Mare
I never usually write public posts like this, but I feel I have a responsibility to share my experience to help others avoid going through what my family and I have.
I was pressured into paying a deposit for a vehicle after being reassured that if I decided not to go ahead, my deposit would be refunded. Relying on that promise, I paid the money.
When my circumstances changed and I informed them that I no longer wished to proceed, they completely changed their position. I was told a refund was no longer possible, and John even denied ever saying that my deposit would be refunded in the first place.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that they never provided me with any service or vehicle. They have simply kept my money despite supplying absolutely nothing in return, and they still refuse to return my deposit. I have effectively paid for nothing.
The way I was treated throughout this ordeal was appalling. Instead of being spoken to with respect, I was laughed at over the phone, spoken down to, and treated with complete contempt. When my husband tried to contact them in the hope of resolving the matter calmly, he was met with aggression, threats, and an extremely hostile attitude. No customer should ever be spoken to or treated in that way.
This experience has been incredibly stressful and upsetting. I believe that when a business makes a promise, it should honour it. Customers should be treated fairly, respectfully, and honestly—not pressured into paying money only to be left out of pocket with nothing to show for it.
I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision before choosing to do business with Box Bush Commercials. Based on what has happened to me, I would strongly advise anyone considering dealing with this company to think very carefully before handing over any money.
I sincerely hope that by sharing my experience, I can prevent someone else from finding themselves in the same position I am in today.

Completely fooled by fake profiles, suspected commission based earnings to keep customers messaging, as messages have to be paid for by coins, ie 300 coins £19.99.Which may pay for 7 messages, constant questioning to encourage more expenditure, Avoiding answering questions, refusing to message on other sites for free, claiming security on this site alone Facebook and WhatsApp are apparently 'unsafe' or they 'feel unsafe' on free sites. I have more available information which can easily be provided. Would love to have proof of commission based earnings amounting to fraud, but cannot fjnd it yet.

Newcastle Runabouts. Second hand car dealers. Quayside, Newcastle. I bought a car 🚗 from here, second hand, and they gave me a 3 months warranty (nothing in writing, nothing tangible in black and white) and had to use said warranty for new parts and labour to fit them. Parts got sent, invoice was provided for the labour, but was never paid. This "company" is highly unprofessional and not to be trusted. I wouldn't buy another car from them, and wouldn't advise anyone else to either.

A month ago I got a quote from Jo?'s Doors, a few days later plans were drawn up then nothing. I have paid a £2k deposit. I phoned today trying to get answers and was waiting almost an hour, no answer. I called the sales department who answered but couldn't help. If you want to go with a company who takes your money and then keeps you in the dark, go with Jo's doors who's customer care is absent!

My dog lost his tag a long while back. I have tried to get it replaced about 4 times now. Still paying monthly for something I do not have and it’s impossible to cancel subscription. A phone number might be useful

I went to the unit near Waterloo Station for an ECG. Maj was very polite and helpful and I was seen before my appointment time. Very impressed

Evri are the worst. They do not deliver to a safe place. Despite a card on the back door indicating the delivery should be made to the front door they leave parcels on back door step in full view of passer bus. Would never use out of choice.

Booked a week in Norfolk through Norfolk Hideaways Limited . The bungalow had a rat infestation and a really bad drainage problem meaning the bungalow stank rotten and the bathroom was unusable. After pest control and plumbers visits the stench remained and the problem fixed after our checkout date . No monitory compensation has been offered only 10% off of a further stay when the property is being taken off the site on October .
I would NOT use this site as they have no interest in resolving the issue and very poor customer service.

We used anyvan to move our house contents from Plymouth to Lincolnshire,what a disaster,they used foreign drivers and tried to get our home in one van.They got stopped by the police because they were overloaded so they had to get another van,our stuff was just thrown in so we ended up with several things broken.I would not use them again.

VERCELLI, Hexham. Very hot evening. Had to ask twice for water before meal. Starter course came with main course so had to send back latter. One of us only ate half of bolognese dish as too dry & lacking without tomato sauce. Mentioned these things when asked at end if everything was OK when bill brought. Supervisor apologized for starter with mains and blamed new member of staff. Said she did not know only half bolognese meal had been eaten. Had paid by then so she declined to give concession or reduction of bill. Would not eat there again.

I had a wonderful experience with Kia, and I would especially like to thank Nick Jervis for his outstanding service.

Nick was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He made everything smooth, stress-free, and easy to understand from start to finish.

From the day I was supposed to pick up the car to the day I never received it.
Lie after lie was sending me pictures of wheels that needed refurb never happened.
Was going to mot it never happened
Said it was going to be ready never happened.
Gave me his personal car till I was going to get car he dropped it off.
I went to go out in it so did quick check two rear tyres as bold as bold.
Car wouldn’t lock so couldn’t leave anything in it .
Horrendous company and a total fraudster!

Well where do I start. Was offered £700 for pens locally. The same ones plus a load of other bits and bobs was offered £26 at Vintage Cash Cow!!!!!! Not worth the effort
