★☆☆☆☆ Disappointing quality and customer service
I purchased a dress for a wedding and washed it before wearing it, strictly following the care instructions (wool cycle, washed alone). After just one wash, the purple and brown colours bled onto the beige fabric, ruining the dress.
I contacted customer service with photos of the damage, but my complaint has been ignored.
A dress should not be damaged by the very washing method recommended on its label. Extremely disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of customer support.
Ruined after one wash, despite following the instructions perfectly. Would not recommend.

I bought a (at first) lovely white summer shirt with buttons in the shape of daisies in the "Iris&Violet" shop in Cambridge. Brand: Compania Fantastica, Price: 58 GBP.
After I had washed this shirt for the first time (low temperture; protection net; low spinning, no tumbler) it turned out to be completely destroyed! The buttons were deconstructed - the yellow trimmings had solved themselves from the buttons and had made yellow stains all over the shirt. I notified the "Iris&Violet shop" and the customer service of Compania Fantastica (several times), but non of them bothered to answer my complaint, although I had even included photo proof. Very poor customer service - or rather no customer service at all!

Bestelling teruggestuurd van 5 items op 17 september. Dit moest via Reveni (betaalde service). Bedrijf kreeg pakket via ups op 22 september en zeggen maar 3 van de 5 items ontvangen te hebben en dus geen refund te kunnen geven voor de 2 items maar zouden ze wel opnieuw terugsturen naar mij ook al waren ze niet goed. Ze zeggen klacht te hebben neergelegd bij Reveni wat niet klopt want na contact met R zeggen ze dat dit voor Compania is. Er wordt na 23dagen geen oplossing gegeven en ik heb betaald voor iets wat ik niet gehouden heb.
