Outstanding service, I use their widgets to help me with my web design business and whenever I need help they are very quick to help 👍🏽

Integrates perfectly into Carrd and there is a wide variety of widgets offered to improve your own website.

While some widgets need improvement, I made the experience that the CommonNinja team is extremely quick to respond to feedback and to fix bugs, if they're made aware of them. (Last bug I reported took less than a day to get fixed!)

Overall a very useful service, I can recommend to anyone looking for an easy way to enhance their websites, without any coding experience being required.

The company heavily encourages you to choose an annual subscription by offering a discount, which I did. When I tried to cancel after just 9 days, they refused any refund, stating that the full annual fee is non-refundable and refunds are only available within the first 7 days. However after emailing back and forth, customer support agreed to issue a refund.

I understand their terms, but being just 2 days over the cutoff and changing my mind should not realistically cost an entire year’s fee. Many other platforms charge a small admin fee and refund the unused months, but Common Ninja offers no flexibility.

The product itself is decent but this refund policy feels predatory and designed to trap customers into paying for a full year.

If you’re not 100% sure you’ll keep their product for a full year, do not choose the annual plan, just pay monthly or risk losing the entire fee.

Absolutely hopeless.
Designed a Right Click protect widget embedded the code into Wix platform. It never worked. Repeated making the widget again, embedding the code and testing still didn't work. Contacted Common Ninja, and no reply. Your not as good as you make out to be. A simple reply from Customer Services would stop a 1 star review.

Useful widgets and nice support , I'm a satisfied customer

lts useful features are behind a paywall, rendering their website building services completely ineffective. Image uploading to widgets is an essential feature and should be in the free plan. This company does not think of the low-income consumer and that is revolting to me.

I appreciate the help Kazem provided as I needed to transfer ownership of several widgets from my account to my client's.

The Common Ninja facebook widget is excellent.

This is the first and only tool so far that I can use the AI chat feature to actually help me build, improve, and customize a widget for our website. I'm not a technical person AT ALL, and this thing makes me look like I am. Also, the support has been top-notch: patient, clear, and precise explanations for how to make my widgets look exactly as I want.

Kazem was fantastic. He stayed in contact with me the whole time and eventually solved the problem when there were technical difficulties. Very impressed!

I really like this company’s plugins and the range of features they offer — they’re creative and useful tools.

However, my recent experience with their customer support was very disappointing. I reached out for help with uploading files from my computer to their platform, and instead of helping me troubleshoot or understand the issue, the representative simply canceled our plan without asking or offering a proper solution.

I hope they improve their customer service — especially when it comes to listening carefully and resolving issues instead of taking such abrupt actions.

I had an issue with one widget, after informing the commonninja team, it has been resolved, great customer service!

I use a bunch of widgets from these guys on my website, love it! So easy to use and looks awesome. Not cheap! But you get what you pay for.
Also, I pointed explained to them that one of their widgets had a dumb feature (in my opinion) , and they came back a week later with a fully re-engineering widget that made it awesome ! Wow !

I got a free account to try out their form and I had some problems with the form. I initially did not want to reach out because I thought they'd never reply. Hesitantly, I sent a support mail and never expected a response. To my surprise, Daniel responded. Not only did he quickly identify the problem and offer a solution, but he also provided ongoing assistance to ensure everything was working perfectly. After testing, I decided to move forward with their paid plan and I'm now looking forward to using more of their widgets. So summary, their customer service is top-notch, and I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. Highly recommend them!

I had a problem with the Booking widget that was responded to very quickly. Communication was good and the fix to the widget was rolled out much sooner than I expected.
