CVC was great in finding us a vehicle quickly and provided clear and polite communication. Only not rating 5/5 because the vehicle took a little longer to arrive then originally expected but this was possibly out of their hands. I would def go back to them in future.

CVC were extremely helpful throughout the process of updating our vehicles, working with us to ensure a smooth exchange took place to suit the needs of our business.

My company ordered this Ford Ranger back in the middle of November 2021 and were told it would be with us by the 2nd week in February, as i'm sure you've worked out it never arrived, after that it was excuse after excuse, last excuse i remember was it was struck in South Africa waiting to be shipped, in the end i got fed up of asking when it would get here, it finally arrived today 17th June 2022, the only good thing i can say is the Ford Ranger is a lovely truck but that hasn't got anything to do with Commercial Vehicle Contracts, so in my OWN opinion i would not use this company again as i feel they where not straight from the moment we signed the agreement, this feedback is based on my genuine experience i had with Commercial Vehicle Contracts

This is the second vehicle I’ve had through CVC. Everybody that I’ve dealt with has always been helpful, provide excellent communication all the way through from the initial enquiry, right up to delivery day and beyond, and generally nice people to talk to.
CVC are the only company that I trust and feel comfortable dealing with.

James was extremely helpful and managed to get us a bespoke Ford Luton within a 4 weeks, which is unheard of from other lease company's, I will definitely be contacting Commercial Vehicle Contracts Ltd when another vehicle is needed.
