Poor quality. Accepted the 25% credit and decided to keep instead and donate instead of trying the international return process. Still have not received my credit after 8+ weeks. Terrible customer service. BUYER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

I have paid for a dress one month ago and didn't got it ! They do not answer me by mail and there is no address or telefon. Be careful!!!

Horrible customer service. You cannot return items. Do not buy from them.

Beware! These items are coming from China! The clothes are SO cheap and look NOTHING like the pictures on the website. While I have no problem being responsible for return shipping costs, as stated in their policy- I have a HUGE problem with the return requiring me to ship the China without that being clear (PST contact hours are NOT China!).

Please beware that the products shown on this website are of basic to minimal quality. There are no way worth the "Regular" prices they advertise and not even worth the "Sale" price. I ordered two dresses, didn't even try them on, and requested a return and refund. Though their emails were polite, they process was not a good experience. I will NOT buy from this site again. You've been warned.

Took awhile to receive the order. They would respond to emails prior to receiving order. Items were poor quality and look cheap, didn't fit and for 3 weeks reached out after receiving order to return 4 of the items and have never heard back from them. Will not recommend ordering from them. Photos look better than actual products when received. Very disappointed.

I had to email several times to return and then had to pay to ship back to china, which is almost as expensive as the dress. DO NOT USE THEM!!

Clothing appears very nice in photos. Cheapest fabric and workmanship ever. I can not say anything good about the quality of the clothing. And when you try to return items per the website instructions you get the run around... requiring photos and videos of an 'issue' but all I want to do is make a return. Whoever is responding to my requests is acting like they don't know what I'm trying to accomplish. This advertisement popped up on FB Reels so I will report this issue there if possible.

Horrible quality clothing, nothing like the website, total scam. So cheap not even wearable. Comes from China not some southern US state like advertised on it's website. "Moving sale ending at midnight" apparently is every day and is totally fake. I should have known. The ad was on Facebook.

Don’t order from this company, I received a dress, the quality was terrible with cheap fabric that feels like paper and plastic mix. I’ve emailed them four times and no one responds so there is no 30 day guarantee, no where to return the dress. The whole company is a scam.

DO NOT purchase from this scam business. The website says they ship via UPS. But they use a Chinese shipping company. The order arrived 21 days after purchase. I made several requests to cancel the order before it left their warehouse. What I received is total trash! One item, "Madilyn Linen Set," is made of 100% polyester - not linen. I didn't try anything on. It's terrible fabrics and terrible quality. I requested an RMA 24 hours ago, no response yet.

This place is scamming people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. The products looks great on website but they are terrible and cheaply made. I mean horrible. Return policy is a joke - returns are allowed 30 days from purchase date, not arrival date and shipping took forever. Plus you have to pay for return shipping which is actually located in China in some manufacturing warehouse- it will cost more to ship back that the money you paid. Scam scam scam. Buyer beware.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. one gets one star because i need one star to leave a review. It is a scam in China. product was cheaply made and did not match the description at all. the scam: they send you a piece of junk women's dress, it says "30 day return policy" then they tell you that you must pay for the return-gives you impression it's in the United States. Turns out it's in an industrial park in China and can only be returned there. product was $69 and the cost to return it to China was $400 bucks and that was just an estimate from UPS; the address wasn't even in the UPS database. A total scam.

Comfort Fit Boutique is a scam. The website reads like it's coming from Canada, the dresses came from Canada, and the only option to return these cheaply made, completely unsuitable dresses is to send them to China at my expense. I reviewed the return policy before buying them and nowhere was this mentioned. As if that's not bad enough, the material of these dresses is sheer, cheap, and absolutely nothing like what is represented on the website. Comfort Fit Boutique is just another shitty business duping customers.

Advertised as an Australian boutique with stylish dresses of quality materials, and yet it's a Chinese company that has multiple stores selling the same crap. My sister fell for an ad from a different company for the same exact dress! The dress pictured on their site and in IG ads was a lovely linen. What I received was 100% awful polyester. And now I have to mail it back to China at my own expense for a refund. I'll be curious to see how long that will take, if it even happens.
