I got in touch with Comex for an electricity quote
Someone tried calling me a few times, to chat (I do not answer my phone if the number is “unknown” I.e. the number is visible but unknown to me) in turn they reached out via email and stated they were happy to chat via email if I preferred. All good. The person asked me for my MPAN and a couple of other things required to quote, I supplied these and then I had nothing but harassing phone calls from them. After 2 weeks of harassment I told Comex to remove me from their database and blocked all their “unknown” numbers ……..in summary avoid at all cost they are incompetent and the left arm doesn’t know what the right arm is doing

Top company and great people. Will be using them again for all my future contracts!

The service attitude is excellent.

I was looking for a new electricity supply for our parish council hall. So I asked for a quote. Gordon got back to me quickly with the information and a very good deal.
He contacted me both by email and phone to get the relevant details to help me. He was knowledgeable, supportive, easy to speak to and very helpful at all stages.

I asked for a quote for my business electric contract and was contacted by Gordon from Comex. Over a number of calls I found Gordon to be friendly, knowledgeable and easu to talk to. A true credit to his company. Unfortunately I choose to renew my contract with my current supplier on this occaision, but would not hesitate to contact Comex in future when my next renewal comes up.
