Turned up broken
Turned up broken. Said I could have another product as long as I paid another £8.00 for the privilege. Tried to get a refund and send the product back but they just want me to spend more money. Quality of the product is terrible and the glue didn’t even last the delivery let alone being outside open to the elements

Not fit for purpose
This is meant to be a light up door number to hang outside your house. I assumed it was powered by solar but it has a usb charge cable hanging off it. Rubbish

Product was absolute rubbish
Product was absolute rubbish. My 8 year old would have done better with cardboard and scissors. Never use this company. I rated a 1 because I was not given zero or negatives as an option.

The product was not as advertised
The product was not as advertised. I was promised a proof before production of a custom product - no proof was provided. The custom pint glasses were shipped in a plastic bag. One of them was in shards by the time is arrived, the other was in 2 pieces, and the design was tiny and distorted - nothing like advertised. I spent a lot of money for shards of ugly cheap glass. Immediately tossed in the recycling bin.
Waste of money.

I purchased a beautiful sign, I emailed the company before hand to send me proofs of the design before I committed to purchasing as I wanted to ensure they could produce exactly what I wanted.
I received the sign 1-2 weeks later and I’m sooo pleased with it!

Poor quality and very overpriced item
Poor quality and very overpriced item. Ordered a door sign and it has exposed electronics by design. Certainly not fit for purpose.
My item arrived broken and trying to get a full refund impossible. They did say they would replace it but whats the point as quality was dreadful.
Poor customer service and will never use again.
I however will stick to Amazon in future who have fantastic customer service.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM

Found it very poor , still not received my order, needed it 13 days ago, think it’s been over 2 months that I have been waiting , no response from customer service, and tracking it but nothing has updated for ages . As for a refund , no response . Very poor and disappointed customers service .

Untrustworthy
Untrustworthy! I ordered a house sign through Colourful Swan recently and the item that I received, was made from a different material and didn’t look like the image they show on their website. I asked for it to be remade or a refund, they refused and now they just ignore my emails. They trade under several other companies as well a be aware.

Don’t bother with the place
Firstly, I paid over $30 for priority shipping (3-5 days) it took more than double that and when it arrived I could see by the label and package that it had definitely not been posted as priority. So don’t waste your money there.
In fact don’t waste your money at all on this product, poor quality. Embarrassingly cheap looking, it will be going in the bin and won’t be used. Very disappointing.
