Terrible and nothing like the picture! No one should buy this terrible product! Result is a total joke! 2D picture that I could have made on my own for like $4!

Ich kann vor diesem Anbieter nur ausdrücklich warnen.

Bestellt wurde eine 3D-Figur. Auf den Produktbildern war eindeutig eine echte dreidimensionale Figur zu sehen. Genau deshalb habe ich bestellt. Was nach rund vier Wochen Verspätung bei mir ankam, hatte mit der beworbenen Ware jedoch praktisch nichts zu tun: Statt einer 3D-Figur erhielt ich lediglich einen Papieraufdruck auf einem Kunststoffteil.

Das ist aus meiner Sicht keine normale Qualitätsabweichung, sondern eine klare Täuschung durch irreführende Produktbilder. Die gelieferte Ware entspricht in keiner Weise dem, was beworben und erwartet wurde.

Ich fühle mich massiv getäuscht und betrogen. Der Vorgang ist inzwischen so schwerwiegend, dass ich bei der Polizei Anzeige wegen Betrugs erstattet habe. Eine Kopie davon wurde zusätzlich an die Chinesische Botschaft in Berlin weitergeleitet.

Für mich ist dieser Anbieter absolut unseriös. Ich würde hier nie wieder bestellen und rate jedem dringend davon ab, sich von schönen Produktbildern blenden zu lassen.

Fazit: Irreführende Darstellung, extrem verspätete Lieferung, völlig falsches Produkt – aus meiner Sicht eine absolute Frechheit.

Leider kann ich COLORFULSWAN nach meiner bisherigen Erfahrung nicht empfehlen. Beim Kauf wurde vereinbart, dass die Ware innerhalb von 5 Tagen geliefert wird. Der zugesagte Liefertermin war der 07.05.2026.

Bis heute habe ich die Ware jedoch nicht erhalten. Eine solche Verzögerung ist sehr ärgerlich, insbesondere wenn beim Kauf eine klare Lieferzeit genannt wurde. Als Kunde verlässt man sich auf diese Angaben und erwartet entweder eine pünktliche Lieferung oder zumindest eine transparente Information, wenn es Probleme gibt.

Besonders enttäuschend ist für mich, dass die Ware trotz abgelaufenem Liefertermin weiterhin nicht angekommen ist. Das hinterlässt keinen professionellen Eindruck und sorgt für unnötigen Aufwand, da ich mich nun selbst um Klärung, Rückerstattung oder Käuferschutz kümmern muss.

Fazit: Aus meiner persönlichen Erfahrung ist die Abwicklung unzuverlässig. Ware wurde trotz zugesagter Lieferung bis zum 07.05.2026 nicht geliefert. Daher kann ich COLORFULSWAN derzeit nicht weiterempfehlen.

Sie machen Werbung für total schöne plastische 3D Figuren, schicken aber nur eine 2D Plexiglasscheibe mit farbigem Aufdruck. Das ist definitiv Fakewerbung, die sie betreiben.

Grandissima truffa. Altro che statuine in 3d come da sito !!! Un pezzo di plastica piatto che non vale assolutamente il prezzo!!!!

Awful!!! Total scam! Did’nt get what was advertised, cost a lot of money. Very disappointed! Cheap and total rip off! I want a refund, I can’t get through to anyone.

The order took a month and 2 days to arrive; it was supposed to arrive in 2 weeks or less; it was a confirmation gift for my son and his sponsor; it arrived about a week and a half after the event; I had to buy other gifts at the last minute. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of one is because I actually eventually received my order. Also; one of the personalized items is crooked and the ink is smudged all over. I would be embarrassed to gift the items.

I’m very picky and critical but I had a very good experience ordering a custom gift and we are extremely happy with the product

Awful customer service, what i got looked nothing at all like I ordered even though I cancelled the order within 2 hours after making it to be eligible for a full refund, I get an email 3 days after saying my order is being shipped and now they won't refund the awful thing I didn't want..p.s I've sent numerous emails and you're not willing to refund which is a load of ....

The product was not what I was expecting. Promoted as "Custom Photo Copper Metal Style Desk Decor" the product is not copper or any type of metal. The product description says "This powerful yet romantic couple sculpture captures love's most passionate moment. Crafted from exquisite antique bronze metal, it radiates a warm and elegant texture" but this is not a sculpture at all. The only metal on the product is the custom metal plate which was not glued properly on both items and arrived falling off. One positive comment is that the product arrived faster than expected.

It was okay but not worth the money.

Ordered a set of boots at an unbelievably good price so was not expecting perfection. However, what I received was an A6 thank you card worth less than the postage to return it!
No response yet to a refund request or my query as to where my boots are.
Lesson learned, if it’s too good to be true then it is in fact a scam.
Avoid this seller at all costs!

The product distribution and images presented on the website does not represent the product you will receive, what you receive is absolute junk, cheap plastic rubbish that went straight into the bin when it arrived. Don’t bother trying to get a refund you won’t get a response from them . Buyers beware / I wish I had visited trust pilot before parting with my money
