Two things 1) they make it SO simple, they really simplify an otherwise boring and menial task. The kind of people who need this - who this is for - they can't be bothered with the minutia and Collective streamlines that for them. 2) it makes their company their dream their ambition their work REAL. First Meeting
I had a good meeting today with Brian. We hadn't met before so he asked questions to get acquainted with my business. I established my agenda for the meeting and we were able to get through all my concerns. He gave me clear steps to complete and explained the follow up he would complete. Looking forward to meeting again soon once we hear back from accounting on a few items

There is no help from anyone there. You'll go days before you get a response. You also have to do the majority of the work. You're paying over 3K for a glorified excel spreadsheet.

Nelson was excellent, timely, and provided very intentional and specific advice to me. He helped me set up and check my transactions, identified the specific issue I was having, and gave a clear runway to resolve it.
