Collared Creatures was born out of a passion of all things dog. We make a full range of beautiful and simply styled, luxury handmade dog accessories for the home and outdoors. We started our business way back in 2014, it grew from wanting to find beautiful dog collars for our dogs, that was practical and hardwearing but didn’t compromise on style – we really struggled, so we decided to make our own collars. One passion led to another and before we knew it our family, friends, and the local neighbourhood started to ask us if we could make collars and leads for them too – and before long, we were making our first ever Dog Cave Bed and very own Dog Drying Coats! Very disapointing customer service and collar sizing
I have emailed them 3 times now, with no response. The collar I received was the correct size for my dog, but because she was at the smaller end of the size ratio the material was 'doubled up' so far that it makes the collar too big and bulky around her neck. The next size down would have been too small for her. They have completely ignored my comments and chosen to do nothing - which is really poor customer service.

Good Afternoon, Alison. I'm really sorry to hear the collar wasn't right for you. I have just checked and you sent an email to us on Sat 15th February explaining the problem and we responded on Monday 17th saying that if you pop the collar back to us we will alter the collar to fit your pooch.
I will also contact you by phone now. Sorry that you have not received our response but we will get this sorted for you.

Excellent Drying Robes
Saw these drying robes on Instagram and thought they looked amazing. As the drying robes I had for my two dogs were cheap and not a brilliant quality, I thought I’d give these a try. They have not disappointed. The quality is excellent- as are the colours. Plus they arrived very quickly. Plus the dogs are very happy to wear them. Extremely good value for money.

My favorite leash and collar sets
These are so well made and beautiful. A friend gifted me a set that her dog outgrew and I purchased another leash and collar set on my own the quality is so good. I have yet to find such beautiful quality tweed for dogs. Even the collar buckle works well and stays put. Many thanks!

Excellent service
Mick and Julie were excellent. We have bought numerous items for our boys and as usual we weren’t disappointed.
I messaged Julie with a question and received a prompt reply. I measured the boys necks for their new collars advised Julie of the size and she advised the correct size to buy. By the next morning I had the new engraved collars.
