Julianna did a great job explaining the step by step process on how to use Math Wars in the classroom. This was well worth my time. I can't wait to try it in my classroom.

Workshop was solid. I loved that it was self-paced, 20-minute blocks. Was able to re-listen to audio to embrace program. Handouts were professionally made and totally editable. Appreciate Juliana's humble nature...let's figure this out together.

Process is definitely repeatable in different environments.

A few years ago I met Juliana through the Colorado Math Leaders and was excited to learn about her consulting business plus her past teaching experience with students very much like my own. I jumped at the chance to attend one of her workshops and brought 2 of my colleagues along. We loved every minute of it! The tools she gave us were immediately applicable and I still use them today. More recently she launched an online course that, again, I convinced 2 of my colleagues to join with me. She is continually adapting the course to fit the needs of teachers and make it better. Again, the activities and resources are immediatly applicable to the classroom. Although it is asynchronous I have enjoyed the posts from other teachers in the course, along with the few live sessions I have been able to attend. Juliana is very knowledgeable and I look forward to her continued updates to the course as well as live coaching sessions!

I have learned a lot of good tips for supporting struggling students.

This workshop has changed the way I think about assessment! My students are more engaged and do so much better as a result of the changes I've made to my assessment process.

I have participated in the Math Education Academy (MEA) and Rethinking Math Assessment Workshop (RMA). I found the tools that Juliana's materials provide to be easily digestible and immediately usable. To be honest, I have not delved deeply into all of the materials, but, and here is the really great part, when I am wishing for something in my classroom, I can turn to the resources in MEA and RMA for ideas and inspiration. There are prepared materials you can use as-is or you can use them as a starting place to create your own. I have been very grateful for these resources.

I took the Math Wars course and it has helped me so much with engagement in my classroom!! My kids love the pattern of the problems and actually stay with me for the whole lesson now. Juliana designed the course in a great format that easily allowed me to catch it live and go back to watch recordings. Looking forward to doing more courses in the future!

I have learned so much from Collaborated Consulting! I finally have students who are engaged and eager to learn and I have a quick and easy way to asses their learning! No more blank stares for me! I am so grateful that all the ideas I learned and was easily able to incorporate Math Wars into my classroom almost immediately!
