First and last order
First and last order – terrible service and broken return system. I had an extremely frustrating experience with Cole Haan and would strongly advise others to be cautious before ordering.
This was my first order. The shoes arrived, but they were too wide and too big, so I tried to return them. Unfortunately, that is where the nightmare started.
I could not log into my account because the system did not recognise my email or password. I requested multiple password resets, but no reset email was ever sent. I then tried the official return platform using my order number and email address — again, not recognised.
I contacted customer support and was told a return label would be sent to me. It never arrived. I even tried contacting them via Instagram and received no response.
To make things worse, next day, I received an automated email saying my order was “on its way” even though I had already received the shoes days earlier. This shows how broken and unreliable their system is.
I wanted to return the shoes immediately, but Cole Haan made it practically impossible by failing to provide basic return instructions or a label. In the end, I had to open a PayPal case just to protect my rights as a customer.
This experience was stressful, time-consuming, and completely unacceptable for a brand of this size. I regret ordering from them and will not do so again.
