A great experience with Colebrook CSC Transporters in Plymouth.

The team are knowledgeable, friendly and clearly passionate about what they do. Whether it's campervan conversions, upgrades or general vehicle maintenance, there's a real attention to detail and a willingness to explain everything properly.

What really stands out is the range of services available under one roof. It's reassuring to deal with people who understand campervans and motorhomes rather than just treating them like another vehicle.

Professional, approachable and genuinely helpful. A fantastic local business and one I'd happily recommend to anyone looking for campervan or motorhome work in the South West.

Really pleased with the service from Colebrook. Friendly and easy to deal with, and happy to explain things in a way I could understand. The whole process was straightforward and I’m very happy with how everything turned out. Would happily use them again and recommend them to others.

They were so helpful even helped me outside of hours, when a pipe blew off. Couldn't do enough to help. Would recommend everything explained in detail and options given.

Excellent service when my battery failed - lent me a mobile charger while my battery was on order.

We had a fault that proved difficult to find on our Volvo.
Took the car to Colebrook who assisted us with the warrenty company (a policy that came with the car that we purchased elsewhere) They found and fixed the issues, serviced etc.
We also had a new towbar fitted while in shop.
Great communication throughout. So happy to have the car back in working order. They even cleaned it before pick up. Will be back and would recommend! THANK YOU 🙂

Colebrook Transporters converted my van 10 years ago, so when it came time to sell, they were the obvious choice. Rob and Sophie were brilliant throughout, arranging cosmetic upgrades, essential repairs including a new gas tank, and handling the sale on my behalf.

The whole process was seamless, professional and completely hassle-free. They went the extra mile to ensure the van was in top condition for its new owner.

The fact I returned to them after 10 years says it all! Huge thanks to Rob, Sophie and the team. Highly recommended for quality, trust and outstanding service!

Recently had a 40k mile Van requiring a full engine rebuild (not supplied by Colebrook) Many Garages would turn away from a detailed extensive Job like this, Colebrook didnt.
A tasking repair of an Engine with a hidden past, yet Colebrook overcame the obsticles and repaired for us.
With continuous updates on costs as the repair progressed.
Van back on the road, would recommend.

Had a new Citroen Relay converted by Rob and his team, they went above and beyond our ideas. Even thought of things we hadn't even considered - we gave Rob lots of "unique" features to our design and not only did he manage to fulfill our wishes he expanded on them - we have since taken the van across Europe and Norway - We have just taken it back for some more features to be added

Had a very disappointing experience with this garage. They overcharged me significantly and failed to communicate throughout the process. I was given one estimate and then hit with a much higher bill without a proper explanation. On top of that, they claimed to have worked on my van for far longer than they actually did. Dishonest and unprofessional—I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable service.

This company listed an item for sale online, to include delivery. I purchased the item, and paid in full. They initially stated they were looking at delivery options and would inform me of expected timelines. They then refused to send me the item, stating they intended to relist the item for more money, and refused to discuss the matter further.

Took my T2 van down to have the engine looked at. They had it 2 months and handed it back with a scratch on the new bodywork that I'd just had done. The wing mirror was also loose. I paid the bill (£1,200) whilst waiting for them to bring the van round. Wish I had waited. They said they needed to check some photos to see if the scratch was already there, but then after a fortnight of me chasing they said they couldn't see the scratch on the photos so would rectify it. I took the van back down, 5 days later as I'd heard nothing I brought it home again. During that time it'd been left out on the public highway in the elements. All they'd managed to do was take some photos of the damage and send them to a bodyshop. What was the point of that? They wouldn't tell me which bodyshop. After weeks of further chasing the original guy Marcus (who was happy to deal with me until I paid the bill) was ignoring my messages so I was then speaking to Richard who said they would take the van to the bodyshop. They told me which one and I asked if I could take it back to the garage that sprayed it originally. The answer was no - I had to use their garage who would match the paint. I asked if I could drive it down to the bodyshop they wanted to use. I'm still waiting for a call back on that. This whole thing has so far taken 3 months and is still not resolved. As it's a classic van they've not taken any care with it and it's come back with just as many issues albeit different ones and it's cost me £1200 so far. Their communication skills are total rubbish - don't expect any contact if you have an issue with their work especially if you've already paid the bill. Take my advice - steer well clear.

Took my van in for a service and fuel sender replacement. Colebrooks reception didn't really listen & when they came back to me they had not recognised that I had previously had diagnostic testing done & charged me again. Didn't fix the sender issue. Quoted me £500+ to repair which I refused. Single piece of trim I ask for replacement they stuck the old piece back, charged £13 and it fell off upon collection. Black footprints left on new floor rear of van. Total cost £229. Not interested in problem solving. Overpriced and not overly helpful. Had much better experience with Turnbull's in Mutley. I know where to go next time.
