I have been to see Leeanne numerous times now and each time I have left feeling relaxed and recovered from heavy training. She’s very knowledgable and always suits the massage to your needs and is so welcoming and easy to talk to.

First time I've ever needed a Sports Massage. I had terrible hips after the Manchester Marathon and had pulled my hamstring. Leeanne identified where the issues were, explained what she was working on throughout and mobility had significantly increased even by the end of the session!

I saw Leeane in the lead up to running the London Marathon. She is very friendly and accommodating and the environment was beautifully calm and clean. She talked me through the Sports Massage before and asked if there was any areas to focus on etc. She really got to the problem areas and made me feel much better. I have already returned and will definitely be seeing Leeane again.

I can't recommend Colchester Sports Massage enough. Leeanne is lovely and welcoming and very knowledgeable, and able give brilliant massage tailored towards your sporting or health needs. Best in the business. Got me around my marathon miles and my only regret is that I should have gone to see her sooner.

Years of exercising and running without adequate stretching and a few niggling rugby injuries from a long time ago were worrying me before my marathon last Sunday. Training on point, fuelling sorted, mindset there.

One session with Leeanne ironed out what I thought was a forever injury to my knee and without doubt the full service on my legs helped me do 24 of my 26 miles pain and tightness free.

Leeanne is strong, knowledgeable, friendly and calming, and really knows how to get those knots out!

Spotless room, brand new and clean equipment and a relaxing atmosphere.

The "electric scraper" is more pleasant than it sounds too.

100% recommend and will be a regular addition to my ongoing training and fitness regime.
