Replacement for my 7 year old porch Coir Mat, which has had had a lot of use and has lasted well.
As before: very speedy delivery
Accurate size and great quality.

Good communication and quick delivery. Was a little disappointed with the quality of the mat for the price as the sides were frayed and untidy, otherwise I would have given 5 stars. I didn’t buy the cheapest, it was the medium priced mat but the measurements were correct.

I love my product and the customer service was brilliant. New build house and delivery company struggled to find it, but super help from this company to get it to me.

The advice given on the website was really helpful as it was the first time I had to replace a doorwell mat. Once I knew what I was looking for the selection was straightforward. I then just entered my measurements and paid. Simple. Product arrived quickly in perfect condition. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We are hugely impressed with this company, both product and customer care. Initially we ordered the incorrect depth of coir mat - but Brooke at Coir was amazing, organising a refund and advising how to return the first mat. On top of this, despite our preferred mat being out of stock initially, Brooke somehow managed to organise its despatch to us, as soon as it was back in stock. The mat itself is robust, well made and really effective! Don't bother looking at alternatives, Coir Mats and staff cannot be improved upon in our opinion!!

I am overall pleased with the Mat but have marked down on the stars due to the delivery company used by Coir Mats,not delivered to my door, actually left it with a neighbour who gave it to me 24 hours later,no card put through the door by DHL to advise on when and where the package was delivered, or time but managed to send me a picture which was of no use whatsoever.
Overall purchasing experience was badly let down by Coir Mats preferred delivery courier

Ordered a mat for my shop. Very quick delivery. Mat looks fantastic. nice, thick and sterdy. Feels firm under foot. Good Quality. It’s going to get a lot of walking on and I feel this will hold up to that no problem. I like that I could have it cut to size. There were different options to suit and I liked the fact they had a heavy duty mat and a few options for thickness. Other places I looked at had thin ones which meant I’d have to put something underneath. Which I didn’t want to. Very please so far and I would definitely recommend and be returning in the future.
