Coins Master Anmeldelser

I was charged twice for a $21.99 in-app purchase (Mega Offer from Coin Master) on June 15, 2025, totaling $43.98. The app gave repeated error messages saying the payment couldn't be authorized, but both transactions went through and were deducted from my debit card. I received none of the perks, no receipt, and no compensation.
I contacted Coin Master support multiple times and provided clear screenshots of my bank statement showing both charges. Despite this, they repeatedly claimed there was “no record” of the purchase on their end and refused to help. They eventually closed the case without resolving anything.
This has been extremely frustrating and feels like a breach of trust. I’m requesting a refund for the duplicate charges as I received nothing in return.
Please let me know if further documentation is needed — I’m happy to provide it.

Having trouble with the free spins I'm not getting my full amount of free spins that I have been getting and sometimes they don't even turn up I don't know what's going on or why it's doing this again but I've had enough so I'm asking the people of this game to sort it out before I decide to lose my temper and quit the game

After they rip you off by not giving you all of the rewards that was promised they will have you running around in circles trying to prove that they are right and you are wrong. It doesn't matter that you spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on their game because they are a multi billion dollar company. The idea that the customer is always right has long left their agenda thus leaving the worst possible customer service on the planet.
They perfer to loose a paying customer rather than give you a free golden buzzer which cost them nothing other than keeping a customer happy.
I advise everyone to put your money to better use especially when there are no issues to steal from you as soon as opportunity arrives.

Magnífico
Estupendo

Money, money and spend more money and get very little in return!!!

Złodzieje i oszukujecie dziady z wasza grą zero zabawy tylko nerwów porażka

I would never recommend this game to anyone. All they want is money, even if you spend money the goals are still very unrealistic. $37 which is actually more because you're taxed, gets you about 12,000 spins, which lasts maybe 10 mins of game play. With that amount you can't even complete a race or event. Huge money to get anywhere in this game.

I understand they try make it like gambling but why so unrealistic? Gets you right near to where you need to be with no way of completing it in the hopes u spend money rigged shit just like gambling

Unrealistic targets without spending money .
Complete level 40 within 10 day . Complete level 8 within 4 days .
900 spin in 20 min 20 win .
This is not a game it's a con

Potrò decidere io per me stessa? Almeno intervengano chiedendo scusa e risarcimendomi.

This is the worst, grossest example of a game app that cheats you and manipulates the game as it goes to try and force a person to spend money within the game. If you dont make purchases not only you but the entire team your on is punished by giving minimal rewards to over maximum additional games inside the game. This game and the owners of this game should be tarred and feathered then horse whipped at madison square gardens for the whole world to see. Its sickening that greedy bastards can mess up what could be so good. I hope you all get what you deserve and lise everything your greedy hands stole from consumers that trusted it was a fair game when it is everything but. Please, government assistance to investigate this corrupt company. Stop this crap once and for all. Even if it means shutting every game available down. Its ridiculous its allowed in this day and time. I advise if you are playing coin master to stop. Its the only way any changes will be made by the corrupt corporation that us stealing from us all. Thieves. Government assistance please .

Actually would give the game 0 stars
Don't bother starting to play, you get nowhere without spending money! Much better games out there, think I will uninstall the game . Extremely slow progress,no fun pure frustration, too many Pop ups trying to play, disconnection issues.Contacted support weeks ago still no response!!

Now you don't get daily rewards. You get stages to get rewards. That forces you to spend money. You have to play how they want. Not what you want. That is not a game.

It can be a little fun? But their price points for extras is so off base. I wonder how much of their profit is people not understanding what the price is and the. Not getting a refund. $49.99 for 2B coins!?!?!? 2 billion coins doesn’t even get you ONE build in most of the places. Also there are MANY bugs and they refuse to fix.
