Coins Master Anmeldelser

Very good experience and very good purchase, very quick response to customer concerns.

Gra to jedno wielkie nieporozumienie. Wysyk i wielkie oszustwo. Pomoc techniczna na najniższym poziomie, brak zaangażowania w celu rozpatrzenia zgłoszenia i przeanalizowania szczegółowego postępu w grze wynikającego z napotkanych problemów.

It's fun at 1st you get addicted, the algorithm built into this gambling game is designed to make part with your money repeatedly to enable you to progress, uninstalled.

Dear coin master,

I really enjoy playing this game and have been a big supporter of it. However, I recently had an issue after asking customer service if there was an option to block me from spending money in the game. I was told “yes” but received no explanation of what this would involve.

After the block was applied, I noticed that I lost access to many daily bonuses and to parts of the game that I had already spent money on. This has left me at a big disadvantage compared to other players. If I had known this would happen, I would not have requested the block in the first place.

I have tried to explain this situation through multiple messages over the past month, but I have received either delayed replies or no response at all. I would simply like to have my account restored to full access, especially since I have already spent money on features I can no longer use.

They added another challenge called Boss Man. You battle it for rewards and it is SUPPOSED to have levels. After I beat the first level the game disappeared and converted my left over spins ( over 1,000) into a piddly 30 spins. I have complained for 6 days now. They acknowledged it was wrong but have done nothing to correct it and ignore my complaints
Stay away from them

Lack of resonse

I’ll give it no stars as their scammers I bought spins once and now there’s over £700 gone out of my bank account through this app with out my permission they are just taking money out 3.99 7.99 all different coming out I’ve contacted a solicitor who has now taken on this case so i wouldn’t play this game and definitely do not put your details into it or your going to be scammed trust pilot will take this down saying it goes against there policy because your telling the truth

Don’t waste your time with Coin Master online complaints. They ignore complaints and claim you received what you purchased, despite the fact they were not received. I have also had duplicate charges. The higher you progress in ranks, they trap you. Be cautious with this, the honeymoon is over with these folks.

GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY, THE GAME HAS NOT DEVELOPED FOR YEARS, BONUS SPINS ARE POOR AND THE GAME ALWAYS GETS YOU CLOSE ENOUGH TO BONUES MOTIVATED YOU TO WANT TO SPEND SPEND SPEND. THE GAME STARTS OFF FUN BUT AFTER PLAYING IT FOR OVER 5 YEARS ITS TIME TO CUTAND RUN, THERE ARE SO MANY GAMES OUT THERE THAT ARENT TRYING TO SCALP YOU, TAKE A LOOK AT SUPERCELL GAMES AND CLASH OF CLANS,

The board of RoseLane(G.P) has been the only reason im able to smile again, i got it all back.

Fraudulent games, just eating money, the more you go here, the more you knock on money, the game is useless
