I placed an order on 16 January 2026, the money was taken from my bank immediately but I still haven't received the order two months later. I have chased by email twice but not received a reply and I have tried telephoning the number on the website but it comes up as an incorrect number. What a shambles. I definitely wouldn't recommend anyone trying to us this company

Sadly I didn’t read the reviews before placing my order. I too have had a bad experience with this company. My order never arrived and I’m now fighting for my refund. Therefore I cannot recommend buying from them!

Wrong order sent. I ordered and paid for 2 boxes costa flat white coffee pods and only received 10 which were also out of date.
Tried to contact the company via email but there was no reply

My coffee has not arrived. The phone number does not work. They do not reply to emails!

I ordered my pods about 3 weeks ago
I still don't have them and I have emailed several times to ask where they are. No one has replied.
This is just plain rude!
Where are my pods that are bought and paid for??

Nothing has arrived, and no communication.

From ordering to delivery can't fault the service

Half the boxes turned up badly damaged, other than that happy with service.

Nice coffee and hot chocolate. Smooth transaction. Quick delivery even over the Christmas/New Year holidays.

I didn’t mind paying more than the usual price for the pods because I couldn’t get them anywhere else, but it was disappointing when they turned up in a parcel bag instead of a box, so all the contents of the delivery were damaged. The inner boxes were squashed and loads of the pods themselves are dented and misshaped.

Another great experience with the Coffee Pod Co. Have ordered previously and came back for more. The orders are delivered quickly, so you're not without your favourite pods for long. Will be coming back again.

Deliver the correct items in the correct box with the correct accessories

Never received my order and not one reply to my emails.

I haven't received my coffee yet!

I placed an order and did not receive any coffee, after 2 weeks I still have no answer to my inquiry.

p.s. Yes, I received the coffees on November 3rd, and the refund is not my action, I assume the third party. And please do not deny the delayed delivery of three weeks.

Terrible customer services. I contacted them twice regarding a mistake on the address and no response to either email direct or on Facebook.
Not received product apparently still being processed 8 days after I submitted the order and still no confirmation to a delivery date or even when it might be sent

SCAM! Ordered and not recieved no communication from several emails and cant get through on the phone Do not buy from this site I will be taking this further

Ordered 12 days ago, paid for delivery within 3-5 days and order still not arrived. Not received a response to the email asking for an update.
Do not order from the shop, clearly it’s fraudulent and taking peoples money.
Clearly from all of the reviews below it’s impossible for so many orders to get “lost” in the post or delayed.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards tomorrow as it is a scam.

Do not buy from this company. Having placed an order for a coffee machine, I had to pursue them to post out my order, they then sent out the wrong machine, I had to chase up a return label and finally they did not process a refund despite numerous emails and messages through their website portal. They are a rip-off company and should not be in business. An awful company.
