Avoid at all costs
This is to share my bad experience with Coffee Classics. Unfortunately, my encounter with them has been less than satisfactory, and I feel compelled to express my dissatisfaction.
Originally, I was advised that the repair of my Melitta coffee machine would take 7-10 working days. However, the process extended to an astonishing 40 working days, during which I paid £237 for the service. Despite the extended duration I still got a non-functional machine.
I tried to come to a solution with Josh (the owner) but unfortunately it's all about money with him, and not about good service or customer satisfaction, where I found it's necessary to leave this feed back.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend using Coffee Classics for repairs. It appears that there might be a lack of expertise or efficiency in their services, leading to significant delays and unsatisfactory results.

Paid around £120, worked properly for a few weeks then all the same issues returned. Do not bother!
Leaking machine is still leaking for 200 pounds
The journey started from Jul 26'23 via email conversation. I got the quote (Barista express, leaking water), paid for the box to pack the machine to the workshop, it was delivered in a few days.
Then they couldn't collect the box via parcelforce (e.g. I stayed home no one arrives, and then they would respond via email with >1 day delay and time-sensitive questions like 'should I schedule now for tomorrow') for more than a week despite me asking them to accelerate. I got frustrated and just asked the label so I can print it and brought the machine myself to the post.
Then I asked my wife to be contacted in case any needs to be paid or inquiries (I went away without internet/phone connectivity). They just send me the invoice and it delayed the machine by another 10 days. Early september I got the machine back.
The problem with the machine is that it was leaking water and after a week after repair it was leaking again. Needless to say the
coffeeclassicsltd.co.uk doesn't respond to my emails.
Never use them.
This company is excellent
This company is excellent. I have dealt with them twice.
Once for a home visit repair of a coffee machine and once by shipping a coffee machine to them to repair.
Customer Service: Excellent, polite, friendly and helpful.
Communication: Excellent.
Instructions and Advice: Excellent. The advice and instructions about shipping the machine were second to none!
All round a very good company.
