Excellent Service. Great Coffee
This is the first time I have purchased coffee from Coffee Beans Shop. I ordered 2 different coffees, Gold Blend and Organic Peru. The process was seamless, although I did take a time to review all the coffees available. The order was received in excellent time. At this stage we have been drinking the Gold Blend which is excellent and I will certainly order again on our next order. Our other bag which we will be drinking is the Organic Peru which hopefully is as delightful as Gold Blend.
Great service, great delivery time, great coffee.
Thank you Coffee Bean Shop. I am glad I found you.

Requested information on how discounts…
Requested information on how discounts were worked out. I saved &2.50 on a 5kg pack, looking at 1kg price, and the advertised saving was much more. I did not receive a reply. I have been a customer for some years and while I find your products to my satisfaction this lack of transparency is not received well.

Besvarelse fra Coffee Beans Shop
Hello George,
So sorry that we didn’t reply for your email but it got lost in between our staff communication and as a result nobody answer your query from your last order. To clarify how our discounted products works please see below example :
1kg of Colombia Beans = $35.50
5 x $35.50 = $177.50
Our value buy pack of 5kg Colombia costs $165.00 , giving you a discount of $12.50
So you have saved exactly $12.50 when buying your coffee beans. Please let us know if anything else is unclear because we really value your business.
Regards,
Jo

Delivered on time, good coffee.
Delivered on time, great coffee, I got a selection of 4 of vastly different beans. Some were not to my taste, but that's a personal preference on me not the bean. I will be going back and ordering my next batch of favourite blends.

Not fresh coffee at all
Not fresh coffee at all, the ad on website is definitely lie. The coffee I got is at least 5month old. Very disappointing. Wasted money.

Besvarelse fra Coffee Beans Shop
Thank you Johnny for your review. We are very sorry to hear that our coffee didn't taste good. 😟 I would like to assure you that our coffee beans are always roasted to order within 24h so when it arrives to our clients (depending on the location) usually it is not older than 7-10 days. I'm very surprised that all 4 samples you have ordered seems to be not fresh at all. I'm more than happy to send you one sample again so you could change your mind. Let me know which one would you prefer. Regards, Mac
