Throughout this process, you repeatedly threatened to escalate, leave damaging reviews (as you have now done), pursue legal action, and harm our reputation—over a clear responsibility on your end to cancel a free trial before it renewed.
Our policy is transparent: the free trial must be cancelled within the 3-day period, or it will automatically renew. Because each scan uses paid third-party search engine resources, funds cannot be recovered once the trial converts. By signing up, you agreed to these terms.
Even so, we have since made changes to extend trial periods for instructors who genuinely need to use Codequiry for their classrooms. Unfortunately, many of the negative reviews come from students attempting to use the instructor trial simply for free checks, which is not what it was designed for.
