Code 11 Caravans & Motorhomes Ltd Anmeldelser

I have used Code 11 for my motorhome habitation check and servicing for 3 years. Due to a situation beyond my control I recently had the need to hire a motorhome. We hired 'Flora' from code 11 for 3 nights. The hire was effortless. From my initial enquiry to collecting the vehicle I was fully informed and given lots of information. I even received a courtesy call from David on the morning that I had arranged to pick up the motorhome. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that I needed and the items were mainly new. My husband and I are experienced motorhome users but we were still supplied with plenty of user information. The bed was comfortable. I would not hesitate in highly recommending Code 11.

The whole team were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to help us with our problem even though they were very busy.

From the first meeting with Sam at Code 11 back in April this year right through to Saturday 18th July, when we picked up our brand new Swift Challenger 560 we were very impressed. Sam and his staff could not do enough to accommodate our requirements, his knowledge and understanding of the Swift brand gave us confidence that we would find a caravan layout to suit our needs.. which we did. Everyone at Code 11 is very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful, we would recommend the wholeheartedly....Sam is a credit to the company 😁

I recently purchased a 2022 Sprite Quattro from Code 11. The service has been excellent from start to finish. Sam and his team have gone over and above to ensure that all our needs were met. The caravan was handed over to us in pristine condition. Sam went through everything with us in detail and we are confident in going on our first trip.

Thankyou for your professional caring customer service. From buying/part ex our old caravan to picking up our lovely Swift Elegance. We are over the moon with our purchase. Huge thanks to Sam and his team.

As complete newcomers to caravanning, we weren’t 100% sure what we wanted when we first walked in. Sam was brilliant—super knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He gave us all the information we needed to make the right decision based on facts, not pressure.

The service from start to finish has been 5*. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone.

We’ll be using them for storage, servicing, and any extras we need going forward—and when the time comes to upgrade in a few years, we’ll definitely be coming back.

Genuinely great people who we trust 100%.

Having used a number of caravan dealers for servicing over my 55years of caravanning some good and some not so good, I must say CODE11 is a cut above the rest. I always feel very reassured after a service that everything as been done and checked. I will always use CODE11 over any other dealers in the Yorkshire area.

Excellent service, motorhome serviced and habitation check completed.
See you next year!

Our first service for our caravan at Code 11. What a great experience from start to finish. The annual service was undertaken and everything was explained to us upon collection. Luckily, no issues, but everyone we met could not have been more friendly and professional! They even managed to clean off some mastic between the roof and side panel which was making the caravan look untidy. Good, old fashioned customer service and made us feel that we had left our van in safe hands. Highly recommended and we will certainly be using them in the future for all our caravan servicing.

Code 11 saved us when we had a leisure battery fail on us on the first night of a holiday .
They tested the battery and explained to us why it had failed . While we sat and had coffee and biscuits , they promptly replaced the battery and we were on our way . Can’t thank them enough, they were helpful, efficient and friendly . Highly recommend them . Thanks guys

Just collected our Go Pod from Code 11. Nothing but praise for the excellent service from the start of the process to the end. Steve, Tom, Debs and Sam have been there with good friendly advice to answer any questions we have had during the process, and I feel that level of customer service will continue if we have any further queries going forward.
I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a caravan or motor home.
Thanks to all the team

Just had an awning supplied and fitted on our Motorhome at Code 11 along with a number of little jobs that needed doing. I would highly recommend Sam and his team, they are very professional and thorough along with being friendly and so helpful, explaining everything in detail. Great company great service.

From first contact threw to collection I have found code 11 to have a friendly yet professional service. Sam agreed to meet me and the family within a few hours notice on a Sunday. It quickly became apparent that Sam and his team were highly passionate about and knowledgeable of everything they do and although we haven't had reason to require aftercare believe this would be to the same high standard. Sam was far from "the pushy salesman" id expected, once we had exhausted all our questions he gave us the keys and told us to have a good look round on our own and give him a shout if we needed anything. We knew straight away that we wanted the caravan so paid our deposit. We were then talked threw the next steps and the timescale so we knew exactly what was going to happen and when. We were kept up to date over the next week or so until all of the issues we had pointed out and a few other things including servicing, were complete. Sam then again arranged for us to collect on a weekday night outside of office hours due to my work hours. The hand over was great and was opened with "this takes as long as it takes, were here until your happy". as I have been around caravans for a few years it was a fairly quick but still inclusive and informative handover. I particularly liked that Sam memorised me and my partners and other family members names and referred to us by name making it a personal experience. My parent are caravaners and after coming to the handover with me and being impressed with the company and staff, have decided to use code 11 for serving on there own van. It goes without saying the van will be going back to code 11 for any maintenance and servicing and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for the fantastic service.

Can’t thank Sam and the team enough - helped me with a number of issues on three separate occasions - all at short notice - would highly recommend them and will be returning for my hab service!

Another prompt and reliable service completed by Code 11. Cannot fault Sam and his team for the service that they provide.

Absolutely brilliant, no complaints! I had my van serviced at code11 and they were great. Thorough check and well documented, really accommodating for drop-off and collection, also gave brilliant and realistic advice
Top company, top service.

A big thank you to code 11 today. Whale heating a nightmare but rang to book in and today it has been sorted. Very friendly and their knowledge is excellent. They have advised to run it and leave running for 1 hour as after cleaning no fault code found
Did all the checks electric, gas removed vent hoses blow out fan
Very happy with service would recommend this company to others

After a lot of hard thinking due to age & health we made the decision to sell our much loved caravan. Sam advised us on price etc & Sam sold it for us. Prior to this Code 11 did our annual services & when we had an intermittent issue with the Sargent unit Sam was able to identify, sort & replace it for us. We also purchased & had fitted new caravan tyres. The total package of service received by us since the birth of Code 11 has been second to none. Absolute 5 star service given from start to finish. Totally & absolutely cannot recommend Code 11 enough. Thank you.
