Unfortunately I had to return my coddle couch. This thing is huge and a beast. It wouldn't fit in the elevator. The customer service was great. Lillian, the customer service representative was was super sweet and helpful in helping me return the couch. The delivery people came the next day. Lillian was amazing and caring. She felt sad for me because she knew how much I wanted this couch in my apartment. She even offered me a tax credit to find a mover, but couch was still not able to fit in elevator nor take up stairwell.

I love when it's delivered, the drivers just turn around and run. The website says "Threshold Delivery" into the front entrance way per website. The delivery people left it skidded outside my front door. Try getting a 200lb roughly 12ft x 9ft box in the house by yourself. The company was no help, they sided with the delivery people even when I quoted thier website. If you have no help, buyer beware...

After a year of use...

Once again, Coddle has dropped the ball. Really bad customer service. I was in touch with the company about the USB ports popping out after the first time plugging stuff in. They said send us pictures, and we'll work on it. All I asked was for new ports, and directions on how to put them in. I worked with someone in Customer Service. Did everything they asked for, and waited for a reply. Nothing, emailed them again, nothing. So here I am with the pictures I sent the company. Don't buy this couch or chair..!

Ordered Couch and ottoman - came in about 8 days - super easy to put together. The box is narrow so it makes it easy to get through doorway/entrance/inside. The hardest part is getting it out of the box. Super easy to put together - snap-in legs and that is it. Absolutely love it. Very high quality and super comfortable to sleep on even without the mattress or cover. Recommend it highly - will be ordering the matching chair soon.

Bought the whole package....couch, topper, chair and ottoman. Lillian honored a past promo since white leather wasn't available at time of my original purchase. She was great to work with. Product arrived when expected, great follow-up (calls) from their delivery service, awesome packaging, great design and comfort. ME HAPPY.

Their customer service from Lillian was fantastic. The delivery was equally as fantastic. I've only assess the couches for 3 days now and they seem to be everything I wanted a nice couch for sitting and a nice bed for laying down love the multiple options

Just received my set of Standard pillows & can I saw WOW!!!! I was pleasantly impressed by the Materials of the pillow which are quite luxurious. I didn't even want to cover them with the pillow cases but I did.
My husband & I slept so well last night that I felt compelled to write my review ASAP!

Couch arrived quickly and was extremely well-packaged. Instructions were simpler than anything I’ve perviously experienced and assembly was fast and easy. What’s most impressive, however, is the obvious quality of the product itself. It feels very sturdy and the seat has excellent support. The microfiber looks fantastic and is easy to care for. And the customer service is outstanding. We shopped a great deal before landing on Coddle. And we were pretty much ready to pull the trigger on CB2s version of this couch. But everything about this piece is much better (including the price). Really impressed.

Delivery got to us on time. The couch came in exactly how it was described online. It's the perfect size for our need (we have a 1 bedroom condo), love the plug in features on the side, and the red leather is even prettier in person!
Definitely NOT disappointed in value of this product, and might also get the ottoman to go with it soon as well!

5 Stars for Coddle Me....I bought the RED sofa chair and ottoman.... Absolutely love the quality and color of the furniture. However “white glove” delivery is questionable.

Delivery was late, 1 hour outside of the 4 hr Schedule provided. I did not get a call and had to be somewhere. The driver was very courteous, but let me know he is not paid outside a 30 minute window. The three pieces were packaged so well it took 2 men, longer than 30 min. to take out of the truck, unboxed, carry in the house, and set up and remove all packing materials. I live in a house and delivery was on the main floor. As The driver is contract... he’s not paid time for over 30 minutes regardless of white glove Delivery. He called his office and they spoke to me telling me the “white glove” does not exceed 30 minutes. It does not say it on Coddleme.com and it was Now 6 pm closing, so I could not speak with anyone at Coddle. Again the driver was courteous and said he’s going to set it up anyway. I tipped him $20. I’m waiting to hear back from Coddle me... I spoke with someone the following day. This person was going to speak to her supervisor about reimbursing me the $20. I hope I get that back. I have yet to hear any but will update this if I am reimbursed. Regardless I’m extremely pleased with the furniture, construction and it looks beautiful in my room. I would not suggest the white glove if you don’t have to use it.

I’m leaving five stars today because overall I was happy with the experience. Coddle answered all my questions before purchase was made And they did the best they could do with what was under their control. Product is exceptional.

Wonderful new addition to our sunroom...this couch is very sturdy and handsome and I look forward to charging our iPhones via the couch....white glove service was great; nice guys who came on time and did a great job in a very fast time.

Delivery was a breeze. The guys brought the huge boxes up the stairs and into my apartment. I put the ottoman and sofa together by myself. That too was easy-peasy. The only pain in the process was cutting down the mountain of cardboard for disposal. So far, love the the two pieces. I believe the ottoman is necessary for the reclining posture I enjoy. Fell asleep watching a game last night - so it passed my rigorous testing with flying colors. Very happy with the purchase - knew it fit my needs the minute I saw the advert. Begging for a nice discount sealed the deal.

Excellent customer service. Truly great. Ease of set up is a 5 star. I’m a 65 year old 125 lb lb woman and did it by myself. The cardboard breakdown is the hardest part. Love it!

LOVE LOVE LOVE everything about the Coddle Couch!!! Bought it for extra sleeping space for a lakehouse but my son slept on it the first night and won’t give it up! Sooooo...May be making a second purchase. 💜

They definitely live up to their name. I purchased the couch, ottoman and the chair at different times and each time they were delivered ahead of schedule. They not only send you reminders, but call you as well. I would give Coddle 10 stars if I could and could also say, I've got hot furniture. Great buy!

My couch was delivered with in 2 weeks. To my living room. Packaging exceeded expectations. Product was in excellent condition. Went together easily even for one person. Will recommend highly.
