I wish I could give 0 as they don’t even deserve 1 it’s a complete scam I am in constant battles to try and get a refund. I am also fighting with PayPal to try get them to believe this website is a scam! The items come and they’re nothing like the pictures like not even same colour or style it’s so so bad!!! DONT FALL FOR IT!!!

Don’t order from this so called company they are a scam !!! Their costumes look nothing like the pictures!!! They send you Radom clothes and say they will make it right and they don’t Two months of emails trying to get a refund!! And nothing !!!

This website is a major scam. They sent a bag full of the wrong products in bags with the SKUs matching the items in my order and are trying to charge me international shipping to return the random items they sent me before refunding me for never receiving anything that I ordered!

I am so angry!! I spent $100 on 2 items and it took 3 months to arrive and it is not what I ordered. I ordered a white jumpsuit and got a see through black cheap top and I ordered the tracksuit, received a see through knit cardigan fit for a child and the trousers have been made by a child!! I keep emailing and they keep saying I have to pay $20 to return or they can give me 25% refund instead for the mistake. I can’t believe this con site is even allowed to still be live. How is this even allowed in 2020! I will be finding a way to get this site shut down.

I ordered in July, I still have not received my package. They blame it on the couriers, saying they shipped it. They offered my 5 percent discount next time I ordered and are diverting from my refund. Over 100 bucks spent with them and no package.

Would rate it zero stars if that was an option. I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. Style would be cute but the fabrics are extremely poor quality! DO NOT order from this website!!!

"Coco & Lora" I ordered a fall sweatsuit and received a cheap $10 red dress. They are telling me that they will give me a 10% refund.You order from them, a different entity shows up on the billing and then they send you any item in hopes that you think it is a mistake. Great marketing and the items look nice on the website, but they are in marketing not clothing business. FAKE ADS. BUYER BEWARE.

Worst onlinE company ever. Quality horrible and what they show isn’t exactly what they send you. Items ran small and they won’t return product. I lost 100,00. They shouldn’t be in business.

If you want to return it for a refund good luck trying to get a return address. I returned my purchase only for it to be sent back to me 5 months later ..

I was shocked way the bad quality of the clothes and after months of terrible customer service they refused to supply a return address (the one they gave me initially was incomplete and had to be returned to me) and will not refund. Total scam.

Ordered a pair of slippers on 12th June. I still have not recieved them. They are blaming the courier and making me get in contact with a courier they are not telling me who the courier is or giving me a refund. I have asked for a refund on numerous emails to them but they are still adamant that the courier still have my items. Over 2months and still not arrived no nothing. Avoid this company at all costs. Take your money but don't deliver the products

I wish I could give a ZERO to this company. They are very shady. My order took two months to arrive and when it did the quality was hideous. I contacted them to request a return and they tried to negotiate with me to keep the items at a discount. I did not want to. Finally after they realized I would. Or budge and I filed a report with PayPal they finally said they would refund IF I paid for the return to another country entirly!! Don’t do business with this company. They are not honest.

If I could give no stars I would. Please don’t fall for this SCAM of a company. Flashy photos making their clothes look good but they are of poor quality, very badly made, no size labels, no care labels, very cheap material, odd sizing, and really badly made. Have tried to return them but they just refuse to except them on the grounds that they don’t fit and that I am not happy with the quality. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. An insult to even give them to a charity shop.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! The clothes are extremely cheaply made from China. The clothing is not even cotton, it's essentially plastic. The customer service is terrible and they refuse to refund my $200 worth of clothing despite several requests to return the items. Do not waste your money!!!!

I ordered what looked like beautiful clothing and paid a fair market value for them. They took about 5 months to arrive. The quality was extremely poor! This company should be fined and banned in the United States. I believed when I was ordering that it was an American company...until PayPal sent my receipt.

The worst experience!! Order has not been received (trainers x 2 pairs). Money has been taken, no way of contacting them. Tracking system does not work!!

I wouldn’t even give this company a star but you have to in order to write a review. Worst clothing I have ever received. They won’t accepts returns and now I know why. Complete crap, Terrible experience please STAY AWAY!!

Im beyond upset at this company. I spent 86.97 on three shirts that looked awesome online. When I received the items they had scrunchy sleeves that constricted my arms so tightly that within seconds I could feel the blood circulation cutting off to my lower arms. I had to take it off immediately. Then I noticed little strings hanging around the sleeves on both shirts with that style. The third shirt was a long sleeve with regular cuffs and the image on the long sleeve was distorted and pixelated. I’m currently in the process of starting a legal dispute because after expressing my serious dissatisfaction they said they had a no return policy. What?? Nowhere is that stated on their site for consumers to see easily or the ad through which I purchased and I took screenshots of everything for proof. I’ve forwarded them the Florida guidelines about returns needing to be made when a company doesn’t comply with making their return policy’s noticeable for consumers. They still haven’t responded so my next steps for a refund is getting official papers drawn up. Don’t bother with this site please. They are terrible, they lie about the product descriptions and they send you a five dollar worth material item when your paying almost $30 dollars per item. Choose other brands there’s tons out there that are more reliable and I should’ve done more research on them. Please save yourself this horrible experience. I’m about to run there name into the dirt and post more comments all over their platforms because I’m beyond words. During a pandemic the last thing you should be doing is taking advantage of people like this.
